Nice location and remodeled rooms. We Liked the balcony and park views. Saratoga is a sleepy place, no cute shops or trendy restaurants. The hotel could be so much more with better service/ trained staff and most importantly, proper and customer focused management. Don’t waste any $$$ on the restaurant - bad and highly overpriced breakfast. Management and service is poor. Despite confirming 3 times that the Hilton Honors food credit will apply of $25/ pNpP ( Gold Status) they refused upon check-out to apply the deserved credit. After speaking w/ the so-called manager (or owner), we are assured it will be applied for a 3 night stay. She adjusts by $8 🤣Baring any logic. The room service is poor. Not delivered at all on the first day, we called and requested it. Second day, only the beds were made but no amenities replaced. Third day, she kept coming to our door 3 times between 10:55-11:05am. Obnoxious. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Prices are like for a 4 -5 star hotel at $1200 for 3 nights. Service less than at a 2* property. Thin walls and noise travels easily

Great location within a two block walk to historic downtown Saratoga, with its various restaurants and wine bars (no cute shops, though!). Parking is free for Hilton Diamond members. When we checked in, there were three employees at reception, none of which offered the expected warm Hilton hospitality welcome. Never did they recognize my elite status, explain my property, benefits, or offer an upgrade. I had to ask. At breakfast, staff was similarly nonchalant, with several going over to the buffet and taking food, which was consumed on their walk back to the kitchen. Another employee was eating breakfast on the table next to us with her reports spread out in front of her. We had to ask for water and silverware. It was almost like they didn’t want us there. I see an opportunity here for some customer service training. The room itself was clean and quiet. Good Wi-Fi and comfy bed. Housekeeping staff in the hallway greeted us as we passed by which was nice. Would I stay again? Possibly, but I’d skip the restaurant and be prepared to ask again for my elite benefits.

We just returned home after a two night stay at The Inn at Saratoga, and were shocked by how much we enjoyed the hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and well-appointed. Beds are very comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. We love the location by the stream. We also appreciated the morning coffee in the lobby even though there is also coffee in the room. We've already booked another trip.

This was our 3rd visit to the Inn at Saratoga and by far our best yet! Before we arrived , Alexandria at the Front Desk contacted us by phone as a floral arrangement had been delivered to the the hotel prior to our arrival (it was scheduled for our second day of our stay- to take to a Celebration of Life) In any case - Alexandria made a special effort to contact us since we we were not at the hotel when the arrangement arrived and she wanted to be sure nothing was amiss (the florist made it right by replenishing the arrangement for the day it was actually suppose to be delivered- thank you Cindy at Cupertino Flowers) We are so grateful for her time and effort in contacting us before our arrival as it saved so much potential anguish. Upon our arrival Alexandria was most gracious. Also the new hotel manager, Ash was also particularly gracious and welcoming. Really all employers we encountered at this Inn were extremely warm and helpful including Luis, Eric, David, Gretchen and Shreeya, who could not have been more helpful. Housekeeping was excellent and surroundings as noted in other reviews were serene and peaceful! A mini retreat for sure.

I had a problem during my stay and the manager Luis did not wanted to listen to my complains, so rude ! He hand up the phone while I was talking ! Lots of problem with personnel the room did not had a proper cleaning, the breakfast waiter stayed on the kitchen talking with the cooker instead of replacing the buffet that was lacking even coffee ! I was doubled changed for the breakfast ! I had tried to explain all that to Luis but he was rude, did not want to listen, probably he does not like his job and does not care, and this is way the hotel had such bad reviews everywhere, do not recommend

We recently stayed at The Inn while we were visiting from Canada to attend a friends wedding. The location was steps away from the Main Street and close to great shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is quant and very quiet which made for a very relaxing few days. The rooms have been recently upgraded and have the most comfortable beds and bathrobes. As soon as you walk in the door you are hit with the most amazing scent which reminded me of a trip to the Langham Hotel in London England. My only complaint is there is no where to go after 8/9pm. The town shuts down and you can’t access the bar or patio. Antonio was a great host and was always very helpful.

Liked the setting next to brook and trees, but no pool and no included breakfast. Floor was sticky, AC not cooling, ceiling tile flapping when AC was on. Wanted to like it but the value was not there.

Nothing special. We were in room 500, which is adjoining, and there’s a nice little gap under the door so you and your neighbors can hear each other. The room is oddly laid out with strangely located light switches. The plus is that is was a super easy drive to and from the mountain winery for a concert. Room wasn’t all that clean. Some odd yellow goop on the wall. The screen on the deck is broken and off track. Appreciated the in room fridge. The downstairs “pantry” is super limited and was out of most beverages. Plus was the bedding was comfortable. The actual mattress, just so so. Not a lot of choices in the area, so they don’t have to do much to fill up on an event night.

The property is clean, quiet, and located in an amazing part of the town. We were able to walk to everything we needed. Our balcony room overlooked a small babbling brook and fragrant eucalyptus trees. We slept so deeply on their appropriately firm pillow top mattresses. The reason we will come back is because of the people who work there. Everyone from the cleaning crew to the front desk was kind and helpful. A special shout-out to Antonio at the front desk. He helped us research and made wonderful recommendations. He could be a concierge at the most metropolitan hotel while still making you feel like you're an old friend. We definitely recommend staying here!
