Poor customer care from the management team. Attempted to overcharge twice on the room. Once at the check-in and again on the check-out. Told them they were wrong on the pricing we were quoted and would not budge, essentially called my wife and I liars when in fact is was the desk clerk who was lying. Penny pinching, no customer handling experience at all. Asked for General Manager's contact details and given wrong details and there is nowhere to obtain that information. This was our second visit staying in the Penthouse. We won't be visiting them again.

Die Zimmer sind flächenmässig sehr gross, allerdings sind die Zimmer ohne Meerblick doch eher düster. Das Morgenessen (ca. 70 USD für zwei) war für mich viel zu teuer und auch nicht sehr vielfältig, da fährt man mit dem Angebot im Café neben der Rezeption viel besser und billiger. Der Pool war okay, vor allem hat es einen Pool nur für Erwachsene, der vom "Kinderpool" durch die Tische eines kleinen Restaurants getrennt war. Das Essen in diesem Restaurant war eher bescheiden. Der Lido Beach selber ist wunderschön mit vielen Vögeln inklusive einer Black Skimmer Kolonie, das Meer flach und wenig Brandung, etwas wenig Sportgeräte zum Mieten. Die Angestellten im Hotel waren ausnahmslos sehr nett. Die Preise waren (allerdings Gesamtflorida) für mich an der oberen Grenze!

The Lido Beach Resort is nothing short of amazing. The Tiki Bar staff, specifically Doug, Tariq, Shelby and Marcus—are simply the best in the business. The staff provides a fun and welcoming experience! The food is also delicious and the bar menu has such a fantastic variety!

Great stay at the Lido Beach Resort last week for our 9th wedding anniversary trip! Beautiful beach, room, pool - vibe - everything was great. The staff was welcoming and accomdating our request to a high floor room. Beach and pool staff- also did a great job. Even gave us a raft that they blew up for us too. The free ice cream sandwiches at 2:00 daily was a really nice touch. Love the resort and the location. 8th floor in the Palm Tower was a great room - which was the same floor as the restaurant - which also was great. The chocolates on our bed at night - also nice touch. I would totally stay there again!

We stayed in Tiki tower. I thought the rooms were clean and nice. It was great to have a kitchenette with some dishes and silverware. The only downside was the elevator. It is really small and slow. We were on the 2nd floor so we didn’t have to use it much, but if you were higher it would be a pain.
Overall, it was amazing and we will definately be back!

This was our second stay over the years at this hotel and it was lovely. We even got an upgrade to a two bedroom suite for free. Ate lunch at the tiki bar and breakfast at the restaurant which was very good.

We stayed in the new section (too many “less than” reviews of the Tiki Towers), room was on the top floor and was beautiful. The pool area and Drift restaurant were great. Beach was gorgeous. Tiki Bar was good but expensive. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel and great customer service. We have a large family and Arael helped us find some spots under shade on the beach. I would recommend the Lido beach resort to any family looking for an affordable and relaxing vacation. Great trip and a great staff at the hotel.
