Villa has private gated courtyard with umbrella, table and chairs, chaise lounges and grill. Inside there is a Master bedroom with King size bed, tv and large closet. The second room is an office/den and can sleep 2 additional adults or 3 children. The living room has 60" TV new couch and love seat, bright beach feel. There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you would have in the comforts of your own home. Full cable and wifi included. The villa also comes equipped with 4 beach chairs, umbrella and mini cooler for the beach. We had an amazing trip! The villa was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to bring everything to the beach in. It is close to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. Thank you for helping yo make our trip wonderful!

Great place
Amazing! So close to the beach and walkable to St Armands. Heidi and Jerry are great hosts and so easy to communicate with. It was excellent and am already looking at going back!

Relax on Lido Key
Property was great as were the hosts. It is .5 miles to St. Armand's Circle and just across the street from Lido Key Beach.A wonderful week in the sun.

Wedding Weekend
This was a fantastic spot to stay. Owners went out of their way to be kind, helpful, and patient with us. They even gave us a wedding gift for our daughter when they found out it was her wedding weekend. Beautiful place. Close to beach. We will definitely stay here again. You should too.

Great time in Sarasota
Heidi and Jerry are wonderful hosts - we were in touch before our arrival and during our stay. The location is perfect - a short walk to beautiful Sarasota beach, and the villa is spacious and sunny with a very private and pleasant courtyard. The bed is comfortable. Loved our stay and look forward to returning!
