We stayed in the Margarita- bright green and yellow, the kids choice! We loved it. The unit was clean, the beds were comfy- we actually slept 3 in one top bunk (one adult two kids, 5&3) - and there was PLENTY of room. They were VERY clean. The aircon unit worked great and there were two fans in the double bunk bed room to use aswell, the wifi was great, the kitchen well stocked with coffee/milk/tea. Check in was so easy, as was check out! There’s so many restaurants/shops/bars around in walking distance. The beach is VERY close. We were contacted throughout by staff to check how our stay was! Loads of towels for everyone to use, the shower has amazing pressure and was hot water for 5 of us. Would highly recommend!! Thank you!

We stayed at the margarita house. It was clean and tidy. The beds in this unit are either close to the ceiling or on the floor, which was fine for us, but may be an issue for some. They were comfortable though. The shower was tiny, but water was hot and pressure was great. AC worked wonderfully. it is located in the middle of town, but close to siesta beach and other attractions so worked out well for us. It was a unique experience. We enjoyed it, but it probably wouldn’t be for everyone.

Needs an update. Smells awful. I stayed because I arrived late. They use plugins to cover the bad odor. I do not recommend it at all.

This property was spectacular! The Green Tiny House was amazing and clean and quiet. Only about a mile from the beach. The only negative was the staffing was very rude!

This was such a great find! The price was great, especially for spring break time. The tiny house was super clean and the AC works so well. We enjoyed the stress free check in and the very limited cleaning needed upon check out. The kitchen was so convenient and nice to have during the busy time. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a clothes line to dry towns and bathing suits. I would recommend!
