Eco-friendly and educational environment.
I stayed here for a night during my Costa Rica trip. The eco lodge is eco-friendly, the staff was really nice. The peark of staying at the Tirimbina lodge is that you do not have to pay an extra fee for the hikes through the reserve.
The place is nice and clean, you are surrounded by nature and that is why I went there. I did the night guided tour and it was thrilling to cross the bridge at night. If you go there, that is a must !

Chambre fonctionnelle, salle de bain vieillotte, mur de séparation trop mince, on entend tout a côté; pour une nuit ça passe, sinon l emplacement est génial pour la balade nocturne, l hôtel est dans le parc à côté d'un pont suspendu de 210 m, de nuit les sensations sont démultipliées. Le repas sur place n est pas top mais suffisant

Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise für zwei Nächte hier. Wer ein Luxushotel erwartet ist hier fehl am Platz. Die Anlage ist sehr schön , unser Zimmer war ok mit einer kleinen Terrasse. Da gab es diese schönen Pflanzen , Kolibris und auch andere Vögel zu sehen. Über die Hängebrücke gelangt man in den Regenwald. Das ist echt eine ganz andere Welt . Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt, das Personal war superfreundlich, vor allem hat uns Angel viel von der Tierwelt gezeigt. Macht einen Night Walk mit Angel!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gut erklärt. Die Lodges sind gut eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Die eigene Terrasse bietet bereits einen kleinen Einblick in die Tierwelt. Dann der Weg durch den Dschungel..Atemberaubend schön. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant waren sehr gut und der Service ist Top! Unbedingt ein paar Nächte einplanen. Ich möchte wiederkommen

We loved the freedom to explore the rainforest right outside our door. We saw a wide variety of wildlife: howler monkeys, iguanas, motmots, tree frogs, hummingbirds.... Tirimbina also offers many different tours. We went on a night walk and our guide, Walter, was knowledgeable and very friendly. Overall we loved our time at Tirimbina.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights here with lots of wildlife right in front of our room including birds, frogs and iguanas. We also saw scarlet macaws and howler monkeys and many more birds on the trails around the rooms. The hiking trails on the other side of the Sarapiqui River are fabulous and accessed by crossing a super long hanging bridge.
