Hôtel agréable
A part la salle de restaurant qui donne sur la rue et le nombre de cars sur le parking qui font craindre un hôtel à touristes, les chambres dans la nature qu’on atteint via des passerelles sont très belles et confortables. En dehors d’une déco à revoir le reste est tout à fait correct pour une étape. Nous y a avons passé 2 nuits. L’hôtel est calme. Notre chambre donnait sur la nature elle était spacieuse et la literie était convenable. Dommage il n’y avait pas de réfrigérateur. La piscine est propre, chaude et bien agréable. Le restaurant est correct aussi mais bruyant car en bord de route.

Initially this hotel seems placed on the noisy main road with the dining room open to it. But the rooms are at a distance in the forest. Thus complete silence. The pool was very good and the food excellent. My room had a shower that worked but needed some attention to the head. Having put an expresso machine in the bedroom it seemed odd to only get one capsule when was staying three nights. Staff so helpful. Sarapiqui is an ordinary Costa Rican town away from the main tourist route and thus an experience in itself. White water rafting excellent.

Front desk and bar Restaurant service was great. the housekeeping not so good. Never the right towels or other supplies. No hot watert most of the time. Restaurant was excellent. Pleasant setting for rooms away from the street. Saw plenty of birds from my deck. This place is long in the tooth.

picina y restaurante bonitas buen desayuno buena relación precio-calidad del restaurante no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y nos cambiaron de habitación amablemente Nos gustó mucho el paso elevado de bambú No nos gustó que Salimos a caminar al pueblo y al regresar encontramos el portón del parqueo abierto y sin seguridad

Lindísimo lugar!!! nos dejó muy impresionados. Muy amplia las habitaciones y muy buena la comida. El servicio es excelente! Súper recomendado. Todos se preocuparon por hacernos sentir muy cómodos. Las habitaciones internas nos trasladan positivamente.

We had a group of 12 visiting C.R. for a week. The hotel did a fantastic job pre-arrival with clear communication and very quick email responses. When we arrived, everything was exactly as planned. Throughout the visit the staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. We had every breakfast there and 3 dinners. The food is great and reasonably priced. When you arrive, the hotel does look a little surprising- the pictures look as if it is in a nature preserve, however, the hotel is actually right on the main street in town. This ended up being perfect. We could easily walk to the grocery and amazing bakery - but the hotel grounds really do seem like you are in a preserve. We had a beautiful owl right outside our patio the entire trip. The monkey's came by everyday and you didn't hear any sounds of "town". The rooms were good size with a large shower and air conditioning. There is a TV in the room but we never watched it- there was too much going on outside to stay in the room!! If you are looking for a well priced, comfortable, convenient and interesting hotel- this is your place!

Realize reserva en el hotel para fin de semana del día de la madre , cuando llegamos nos dicen otro precio y la recepcionista dice no poder hacer nada que disculpen , para lo cual el administrador nos deja el precio inicial hasta ahí todo bien , salimos en la noche y al regreso los portones abiertos sin guarda y no lo vimos por ningún lado ni el parqueo donde están los vehículos, la atención de la recepcionista como que le molesta el servicio al cliente y para re matar en la mañana temprano empiezan a realizar trabajos de mantenimiento con taladros soldadura de todo! Yo me pregunto si planean este tipo de trabajos porque lo hacen un fin de semana largo ? Con huéspedes en el lugar donde van hacer estos trabajos ? Debieron darnos otra habitación lejos del ruido que esto ocasiona o bien no realizar reservas , con todo esto definitivamente no lo recomiendo , al parecer el turismo y lugar de descanso en te lugar no es importante.
