We loved it here! It was much more than we expected. There is so much to explore. We cant wait to come back.

We had a great stay at La Quinta. The rooms were clean, and the food was good. The best part though was the grounds. At night we walked in the rain and searched for tree frogs, and we saw so many of them.

Beau séjour au lodge la Quinta Sarapiqui
Lodge dans un superbe endroit, tranquille où tout est aménagé pour y observer la faune et la flore. Matelas confortables, air climatisé. Belle piscine. Très grand jardin où on peut se promener et observer oiseaux, toucan, grenouilles, paresseux,… eau froide dans la douche.

Stay somewhere else
We have been in Costa Rica for two weeks and this was the worst place we have stayed.
The bugs are so bad you may get carried away by them.
The rooms are old and dilapidated. We didn’t feel comfortable showering. For the price we paid there are WAY better places to stay in CR.
No internet in the rooms. Too many bugs to sit outside and enjoy the scenery (I promise there are plenty of beautiful places to stay in CR where the bugs are not that bad… this place is a breeding ground for mosquitos).
They charge you $10 USD per person for a breakfast buffet… the worst we have seen. All other places we stayed the breakfast was free and WAY better.
$8 USD for a beer? Come on!

Great place for bird watching.
The area is beautiful and if you like to watch the birds, the place is set up for that. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced the breakfast buffet is complimentary. Overall, the place is very clean. The very large property is somewhat unkempt. New bedlinens and towels would be helpful. Rooms are dated and a little interior sprucing up would be nice

Muy buen lugar, tiene todo lo que buscamos, naturaleza, fauna e incluso un río donde se puede nadar. Todo muy limpio y cómodo además hermoso toda la naturaleza del hotel. Genial!

Basic hotel met weinig beleving en een beetje onpersoonlijk. Kamers zijn ok, maar niet luxueus. Dat geldt eigenlijk ook voor het restaurant en het ontbijt. Niks te klagen, maar ook niks uitzonderlijk. De aangelegde natuur bij het hotel is niet bijzonder. Typisch iets voor één overnachting.
