A place that I absolutely do not recommend! We booked a room months in advance and made the entire payment through Airbnb, but a few days before our arrival the host contacts us writing that the August rates had changed and that our reservation was no longer valid. Obviously we ask for explanations without receiving any response. Thinking of a simple mix-up or an automatic message without foundation given the absence of a response, 2 days later we contact the host again to warn of our arrival since the payments had been acquired by the system, but once there they did not let us stay citing the reasons for price changes in August and that this month they use booking and inviting us to ask for a refund from Airbnb, without having carried out the cancellation as required by the regulations. Moral: we remain in the middle of August without a room for 5 days, we start looking for a new solution elsewhere, we lose a good part of the refund of the expense incurred and we inform Airbnb of what happened. P.s. this review aims to open users' eyes to cryptic messages that come from hosts without any feedback. as advised by Airbnb support we immediately cancel reservations because certain managers do not deserve a cent for such behavior!
