Hotel Oasis

Lovely sea views from my balcony watching the sun set. Clean and spacious, modern room with a comfy bed and massive walk in shower. The light on the balcony stayed on all night and could not be controlled from the room so it did make it light in the room as the curtain did not close properly. Nice to be further away from the promenade as it is so busy. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the food was constantly replenished. I did not think much of Sarande but the hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is not located in the center of the city nor is it on the sea. To reach the hotel one has to climb a steep concrete slope. There is only one small elevator. The room is okay, but small. The bed is firm, the water is hot. The shower is slippery and it sprays water into the rest of the bathroom making it slippery, too. Dinner was not a success. Breakfast was better.

We experienced a very warm welcome after a long drive. Specially Ditran, he is the perfect Host with his big smile, very good English and personal attention. All staff makes you feel at home! Our bedroom was excellent, comfi bed, cold fridge, modern bathroom and balcony ready for a beautiful sunset. On top of the perfect service, they suprised us with a romantic touch when we came back after a beach day and a cocktail....A lovely Lady decorated our room as if we were on our honeymoon...this made our stay in Oasis an unforgettable one! Thanks again Ditran and Staff!!

The room was fine! However unfortunately the staff only offered us 1 card where in every other hotel I have been usually offer two cards to enter the room which was an inconvenience and when I asked for another one they refused to provide. Secondly, they evaded our privacy. We put up the sine to “DO NOT ENTER” at the room door and they still entered when we were not there I have no idea why and when I asked the first time they said the sign wasn’t up! However, the second time we made sure to put up the sign and took a picture and it happened again where the housekeeper entered without permission! The third problem we encountered was the problem with payment before hand we checked online that they accept credit cards(Visa, Master) However when time came to check out they told us the terminal for payment is not working and when we asked to see if it is working they refused to even try to turn it on! We were forced to go to an ATM which has very high fees and the inconvenience and the stress they caused us was not worth the stay! ***All in all I would NOT recommend the HOTEL OASIS! *Very disappointed with their service and carelessness in regards of their Money makers(costumers)
