The place was good enough for the money, 15 minutes walk from the Sarandë center / bus stop, which is big disadvantage if you want to take a taxi they would charge you a lot. But it’s calm and not far from a rocky beach. The amenities are clean and good. Balcony was nice specially morning view of the sea. Considering it’s blocked by trees and buildings. The area is quiet and you can sleep nicely. The bed in the bedroom is comfy however not ventilated so you would need to turn the AC a bit earlier to keep the apartment cool.
PS no washing machine and the owner would charge you for each wash.

This apartment is a great size for a couple or even a family of 4! Our bed was was on a separate level which we loved and we had our own patio space! The grocery store is no more then a 5 minute walk and the main ***** was no more then a 20 minute walk!

Ho soggiornato 6 notti… Appartamento spazioso, ben curato e pulito… posizione comoda poco fuori dal centro con svariati ristoranti a poche centinaia di metri dalla struttura… Ci si sta bene.. Parcheggio privato davanti alla struttura.

Ho soggiornato per 2 settimane nel mese di luglio nella favolosa terrazza di questi appartamenti apts relax del signor Nicola, persona gentilissima e disponibile assieme a sua moglie. Impeccabile la pulizia, effettuata un paio di volte a settimana con relativo cambio asciugamani. Struttura situata in un posto tranquillo a poche centinaia di metri distante dal centro della bella Saranda. Consiglio vivamente.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti Relax APTS Saranda per 15 giorni. Struttura ben curata, pulita e munita di parcheggio privato. Il proprietario, Nicola e la sua famiglia, sono persone meravigliose, sempre presenti e disponibili. Presso il Mea hotel, sempre di proprietà di Nicola , a pochi metri dagli appartamenti, abbiamo gustato ottime colazioni con un ottimo caffè. .. Ottimo anche il ristorante sottostante l'hotel. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Saranda e dal mare.

Apartamento confortável e com todas as comodidades básicas. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Tem lugar de estacionamento. A varanda permite desfrutar de refeições no exterior. Sugerimos apenas que coloquem um forno ou microondas.

A lovely apartment .. beutiful sea view .. apartment had everything we need and not too far from the promenade approx 20 mins walk.. beutiful beach near by .. however there is still some construction work in the area

Really good property. Good value for money. Clean and got everything as advertised.
Ants seem to be problem in the area and there might be few in the apartment. No mosquitoes.
Had bit of trouble with shower, power cuts out sometimes..Seems to be our luck in that region. However, owner communicated swiftly.
Area slightly run down, but only 15 minutes walk from beach/promenade/port and other amenities.
Couldn’t ask for more with the price, would recommend.
