Spent one week in Demi Hotel at the end of august/beginning September 2024 in a nice room on the 5 floor. It's a very nice hotel, with modern rooms comfortable beds, big bathroom and air-condition. The cleaning was good except, that on 2 occasions there where "black hair" on the sheet and that didn't feel so 4-star. If you have clothes that need laundry service the reception can provide it for €5. The hotel has only one elevator, which is a drawback when people (guests or staff) are either going down Breakfast is plentiful and sufficient with what 4 star hotels usually offer; bacon, scrambled eggs, eggs (sunny-side up), fresh and dry fruit. The coffee (cappuccino, americano, espresso, coffee creme) is very good and you also get a bottle of still water at your breakfast table, which I think is very nice. The staff are very polite, helpful and the service from them are top-notch! The "beach" by the hotel is made of pebble stone and if you stay in the hotel the sunbeds and the parasol are for free. The water held a temperature of 26-28 centigrade at this time, but on some days there was garbage (plastic bottles, cigarette packages etc.) floating in the water by the beach, which wasn't very nice. Personally I do not recommend eating lunch at the hotel! One day I hade the arugula salad which was OK. The next day I ate the Pasta Carbonara, and It was mostly pasta with very little bacon. Another day I ate the Pasta Bolognese and I had to dig deep to find any meat in the dish. For this lunch I paid between €8-12 and it was not worth the money. I also talked to one of my "neighbors" in the sunbed, who hade the same opinion of the lunch served at the Demi Hotel. So do yourself a favor and eat lunch somewhere else. If you want a calm and restful stay at a 4 star hotel, maybe this hotel is not for you.. I was very disturbed by the nightclub neighbor with the hotel and where they played very loud "techno music" from 8 pm to 12 pm and had difficulties to sleep. There were also techno music coming from other places near the hotel where loud music was played until 2 a.m. (on a weekday), in the morning making it nearly impossible for one to sleep. The traffic outside the hotel is extensive in the evening/night with cars, lorries, motorbikes horning, I strongly recommend you to either bring along earplugs or buy ones at a pharmacy if you are staying at this hotel.
