La localisation de l’hôtel est très bien. Magnifique vue sur la mer. Personnel courtois, serviable et accommodant. Chambre spacieuse, propre et luxueuse. Restaurant au niveau de la mer avec vue directe. Superbe! Je recommande assurément.

A very nice experience. The hotel has a great location, has all amenities and all you need. I recommend it for business stays in Saranda. Very helpful staff . Nice view of Saranda bay. The restaurant has very nice food. The menu had plenty of choices. The waiters were very polite.

Lovely hotel
Reception staff were lovely and couldn’t do more to ensure we had a great stay. Hotel itself is nice with good decor and facilities. Private beach is a bonus but didn’t use too much as was too pebbly for me, would prefer sand but personal preference. Position of hotel is great for everything, especially the views of the sunset. Overall would recommend.

The staff was absolutely friendly starting from check-in desk also at the hotel Restaurant the waiters. Close to everything the view was amazing. I would consider this location safe. Xhuliano made my dining experience awesome!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Superdesign meets Hightech: der moderne schlichte Stil ,schwarzweiß,gefällt uns. Tolle Lage mit eigenem Meerzugang,leckeres Frühstück. Sauber: ständig wird gewischt... Empfehle höhere Etagen wegen Aussicht und weniger Musik durch Club nebenan,die aber nicht störte und ab 22/23h stoppte. Beleuchtung Hightech,allerdings störte das blaue Licht der Schalter nachts. Trotzdem:Kommen gerne wieder ins Demi !

All'arrivo all'hotel ci hanno subito dato una bella notizia: avremmo usufruito di un upgrade! Avevamo prenotato una suite vista mare ma ci hanno dato una suite vip, con un enorme terrazzo panoramico con jacuzzi. La camera è un sogno ad occhi aperti, la vista spazia su tutta la città, la sua baia e la sagoma dell'isola di Corfù. L'arredamento è moderno e glamour con una cabina armadio pazzesca! Tutto il personale è di una cortesia unica. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato. Buono anche il ristorante situato di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia privata. Al mattino la colazione servita è di buona qualità. Grazie davvero per il fantastico soggiorno!

Auch das Hotel Restaurant bietet gutes Essen und schöne Weine an, wenn nur das Bedienungspersonal etwas freundlicher, aufmerksamer und fähiger wäre! Ein bisschen Training und Motivation wäre dringend angebracht. Die Damen an der Rezeption können zeigen wie es geht.

Great hotel! We tried to stay at a hotel in the area that claimed to be 5 star. It was awful. We left immediately the next morning looking for a better hotel. This Hotel was so helpful. Checked us in early seeing how tired we were from a sleepless night. Comfortable rooms! Nice water front! Great service! Says 4 star but was more 5 star than the other one. Only draw back is the club music til midnight. But it was bearable in light of the awful experience at the previous hotel.
