It was a pleasant experience over here the hostess are very kind and welcoming, the rooms are very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the food but just the kindness of the hostess maker everything delightful.! I definitely will the return again to the same place!

L’hotel ristrutturato e ben gestito con professionalità dai signori Emilio e Alma, sempre disponibili ad ogni nostra esigenza. Camera pulita e cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero. Dotato di parcheggio e Wi-Fi in tutta la struttura, posizionato a poca distanza dal lungomare di Saranda. Nelle vicinanze trovi tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (spiaggie e negozi). Lo consiglio vivamente. Passiamo al ristorante, ben gestito da Alket persona sempre disponibile, ha una bella terrazza dove si può mangiare in tranquillità. Abbiamo mangiato ottimi spaghetti e piatti di pesce fresco molto saporiti con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Complimenti!!!!

Excellent food, the owners (Alma, Emilio, Ana and Arjan) were very kind to us. They treated us like their friends. Everything is Very clean and good prices. We will be back very soon. They even ordered a taxi for us when we were leaving . Thanks you Again and especially to Alma, and Arjan who invited us to Raki so many times.

Hotel ceko, grande accoglienza mostrata dallo staff, professionalità al nostro servizio. Camera fatta ogni mattina con lenzuola e asciugamani sempre puliti. Passiamo alla loro cucina, che dire, ottimo qualità-prezzo. Su tutto 5 stelle meritate.

Bellissimo Hotel i dipendenti tutti disponibili e gentilissimi, sotto avevamo a disposizione il ristorante uno dei migliori a Saranda, i proprietari davvero eccezionali, disponibili in tutto, super gentili pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, tra l’altro il marito parla anche Italiano ci ha anche consigliato posti magnifici da visitare. Se venite a Saranda questo è l’hotel che farà per voi, qui troverete una famiglia!

Pior hotel que eu já fiquei na vida! Nunca senti tanta insegurança num hotel. Fomos muito mal tratados quando chegamos, só aceitam pagamento em dinheiro e isso não estava claro na reserva feita pelo booking. Nos fizeram anular a reserva do booking para não ter que pagar a taxa e ainda nos cobrou o valor total (o correto seria sem o valor da taxa). As fotos do quarto e do banheiro não correspondem à realidade. Nunca fiquei num hotel com banheiro tão ruim, muito apertado, box mínimo com cortina e o banheiro ficava inundado. A unica coisa boa era a vista pro mar. O café da manhã era nojento, queijo estava amarelo de passado, o suco não era de verdade e outros. Por fim, diziam que tinham estacionamento mas na realidade são só 4 vagas, então tem que torcer pra ter uma disponível.

Ristorante qualità prezzo ottimo, in due abbiamo speso 25 euro prendendo due piatti tipi una frittura acqua e dolce. Posizione ottima, proprietari molto disponibili e gentili, il ristorante è all'interno di una piccola terrazza con una vista molto carina
