I had high expectations for Arameras Resort in Ksamil, but unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory. First of all, the customer service was poor — staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and at times even rude. There was a serious lack of communication and hospitality, which made us feel unwelcome. The room was overpriced for what it offered. It wasn’t as clean as you’d expect from a resort claiming to be high-end. The air conditioning barely worked, the shower drained slowly, and basic amenities were missing or poorly maintained. Breakfast was below average — very limited options and low-quality food. For the price we paid, we expected much better. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was practically unusable in our room, and the resort didn’t seem to care when we raised the issue. Overall, Arameras felt more like a budget hotel disguised as a luxury resort. I wouldn’t recommend it and will definitely not be returning.

L'hôtel est situé un peu loin du centre. La plage est ouverte aux personnes extérieures, ce qui est appréciable, mais ne donne pas la priorité aux lits, ni à la plage ni à la piscine. Manque d'aide pour trouver des solutions. Après avoir fait une demande à l'avance, ils ne m'ont pas laissé partir plus tard, alors que j'avais même proposé de payer le prix de la journée. Il n'y a pas de douches, ni à la piscine ni à la mer ; ne comptez donc pas vous doucher après votre départ. Le personnel est très sympathique, mais ne fait pas trop d'efforts. À mon avis, cela ne vaut pas le prix et ne justifie pas les 4 étoiles. Mon expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure s'ils avaient vraiment été suffisamment serviables. A ne pas refaire

Stunning Resort with a Dreamy Beach and Pool – One of the Best in Saranda. We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The beach was absolutely breathtaking, and the pool was truly amazing—one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The view facing Corfu Island made the whole experience feel like a dream. The villas were spotless, and the staff was incredibly kind and professional throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the beach wasn’t fully private—there were some people from outside the resort using it—and the food could use some improvement. It didn’t quite match the high standard of everything else. Still, this is by far one of the most beautiful places in Saranda. If they fix those small issues, it would be perfection. I would definitely return! 😍

The sea was brilliant. The staff was friendly, working hard to bring the order in time. The pizzas were delicious especially Pizza Arameras, I totally recommend it. The only problem was the loud music during the lunch. The environment was cool with trees around. It would be great if the house music was played in late afternoon and not during lunch.

Dieser Resort gehört definitiv zu den besten in ganz Albanien. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und stets freundlich – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Qualität des Essens, das nicht nur geschmacklich überzeugt, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail serviert wird. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und außergewöhnlich sauber. Hier stimmt einfach alles – wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Amazing place! We stayed for two days and loved every minute of it. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The resort has its own private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas included in the reservation. There are two restaurants and a bar on site. They also offer a golf cart shuttle service between resort facilities, which was always available,we never had to wait for one! Special shout out to Denada and Alketa for their outstanding service.

A paradise next to Ksamil. A new hotel above the incredible vegetation, two private beaches and an infinity pool. The hotel consists of private villas with sea views and Corfu in front. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The reception staff are very kind and attentive. Special mention goes to the concierge, Denada, who makes all the reservations for tours and restaurants. The breakfast is not very good. Best choice in Corfu.
