Esperienze terribile.
Ho prenotato la suite di questo hotel 520 euro per 3 notti che doveva essere una suite. Ma abbiamo trovato una semplice camera con un frigo rotto e vuoto. Chiesto alla reception almeno di avere acqua da bere ma mi e stato risposto ce il bar sotto per bere.la camera e completamente diversa dalle foto .foto false sembrava completamente un altro hotel. Servizi pessimi. In bagno pieno di formiche e addirittura uno scarafaggio nero .dopo l'una di notte lacqua calda non ce piu per farsi la doccia.asciugamani sporchi lenzuola sporche con macchie gialle. Uscivamo la mattina per andare al mare e lasciavano il condizionatore acceso per trovare nel pomeriggio la camera fresca.invece la persona che puliva la camera lasciava la finestra aperta e condizionatore spento era un forno.la colazione terribile. Chiesto un espresso mi e stato chiesto di pagarlo extra. Questa sarebbe la suite???? Esperienza terribile. Ci siamo sentiti malissimo altro che vacanze. Volevamo cambiare hotel ma giustamente l'hotel non rimborsava.non hanno una spiaggia e neanche un servizio per le spiagge sotto. Le quali i accessi sono chiusi .non fidatevi delle foto ma controllate sempre i commenti di chi realmente ce stato.

Hotel Blue Sky
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable.
The area was pretty quiet, no bars/pubs or night clubs around, other than some restaurants. About 2-3 km to the promenade in the centre, which was quit more noisy and busy.
Loved the Mango Beach, clean beach. Not sand, but fine, round gravel that was totally fine to step on. Took 7 min walk from the hotel.
The staff were polite and helpful, but not very smiling or sincerely friendly, did sadly not ecxactly feel very welcome.
At the time we were there, there were few guests. The first morning, we asked the waiter to sit outside on one of the many available tables to eat breakfast (bf was good, btw), to which he said no. Then we pointed to the other side of the entrance and asked if we could sit there with even more tables, but still no, because "that was the bar area". We had to eat inside in the big dining room alone, which felt quite silly, considering us being almost alone at the moment. A few days later, 3 policemen came by the hotel. They were escorted right into the bar area and served breakfast right away.
I guess their paying guests weren't as cool as 3 policemen, since they would let them and not us sit in the bar area...;)
It would be very helpful for the hotel if the staff improved their English skills, especially considering that Albania is an up- and-coming vacation destination for the future, with more English speaking guests arriving.
All in all, liked the room and liked Saranda.

-The (female) receptionist was very friendly and helpful!! She really did her best trying to help us! -Beaches are really close! The hotel provides free vouchers for sunbeds and umbrellas on these beaches. Mango beach was nice. -the second room was nice, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was comfortable. -When we first arrived at 14.30, our room wasn’t ready, just wasn’t really a problem though. We got a drink from the hotel to compensate for the wait. -The first room we got, was old and not properly cleaned. All sorts of things were broken; the toilet seat fell off, the toilet flusher button was missing.. shower door didn’t close properly.. The refrigerator made a lot of noise, and even leaked during the night (we had to pull out the plug because of the noise), and got our stuff wet. Also the walls seem to be really thin, we could hear everything happening around us. The room didn’t look like the pictures on *********** at all!!! This was so disappointing. At first, nothing could be done. But the second day we got another room, which actually was a lot better. -location is far from the centre. -Service in the restaurant is slow. -even though the new rooms are comfortable and OK, this cannot be a four-star hotel.

L'hotel si mostra ospitale e di livello. A due passi dal mare con la spiaggia di proprietà, vicina al centro di Saranda in posizione ben servita e tranquilla. Personale gentile e simpatico. La cucina è abbondante, economica e di ottima qualità. Le stanze pulite e con una bella vista sul mare. Peccato per il pullman parcheggiato sempre di fronte alla sala pranzo che limita la vista e per il Wi-Fi non funzionante per tutto il soggiorno. Altrimenti, 5 stelle.

Cet hôtel semble neuf ou rénové de peu. Au sud de la ville, il permet de rejoindre très rapidement les sites de Ksamill et Butrint, mais il n'est pas idéal pour le centre ville de Sarande, accessible forcément en voiture (et on peut difficilement se garer !). Les chambres sont très spacieuse et nous avons apprécié la petite terrasse avec vue mer (enfin, un endroit où il manque un immeuble qui laisse entrevoir Corfou et la mer…). En revanche, sur un séjour de 4 nuits, le ménage n'a jamais été fait, poubelles non vidées, serviettes et draps jamais changés, lit non fait. Bof, bof… Le petit déjeuner buffet offre un large choix, de quoi trouver son bonheur qu'on aime le salé ou le sucré. Nous n'avons pas testé la plage, privilégiant les criques au sud, plus sauvages. Si c'était à refaire, nous trouverions d'ailleurs un logement directement sur place car Sarande est bétonné et sans charme, cet hôtel restant lui aussi très impersonnel au final.

Das Hotel liegt an der Durchgangsstraße Seranda / Butrint. Ab 17 Uhr ist die Straße mit Autos voll (Stau) die hupen und stinken. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat, hat man allerdings einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Das Bad sehr klein. Man hat keine Ablagemöglichkeit, außer für das Shampoo in der Dusche. Wir das Restaurant ist, können wir nicht sagen, wir sind für das Abendessen immer woanders hin gegangen, weil die Terrasse direkt an der Straße ist.

Tired and very hungry we went into this smart looking hotel and enquired about eating. A very pleasant young man showed us the menu with what seemed to be the usual fare so we decided to give it a go. The food was anything but "usual" and whilst we opted for simple salads and pizzas - the portion size, quality and taste were anything but! My partner and I agreed we'd return later on in our holiday which we did. The same waiter was there and when we ordered a couple of things which weren't available his manner was so disarming it didn't really matter - we ordered alternatives and I ended up with the most amazing king prawns and fresh pasta I've ever had! Amazing food and great value!

Quest'estate avevo prenotato tramite booking le mie vacanze in questa struttura, posso dire con certezza che ho passato le vacanze più belle della mia vita, la camera era molto spaziosa, il bagno era grande, i dipendenti sempre molto cordiali, mi sono trovata molto bene.
