It is said that the best hotel in the Saran area. The room is big enough, but the air conditioner is not working well. The breakfast is not self-service, which is a bit small. I saw that other room types are a bit small when passing by. It is recommended to choose this room type directly. It is not bad for the money for a visit

Unbedingt vermeiden, einfach nur schrecklich. Bin mit einer Gruppe da. Bei einer Kollegin ging dee Schlüssel nicht, die Leute an der Rezeption total unqualifiziert und unfreundlich, Lift andauernd ausser Funktion, man muss 6 Sockwerke hochlaufen, wenn man Zimmer 1?? , hat. Alles hier ungepflegt und leicht schmuddelig.. Zimmer sind aber sauber.

I went with my family to have something to drink, a girl waits for us at the door and says that children are not allowed in this order as we had seen and we ask her if it is not allowed, we will leave, she says you can stay then. Since we have worked with tourism and know it quite well, the staff should be more selected. The girl at the door who I really wanted to ask for her name, but I didn't get the chance, was one of the worst services I've had, she behaved quite rudely with the customer and a voice not suitable for her position. Anyway, we sat down and the girl in question immediately comes to order, but she didn't bring us a menu after we decide on the order and we give it to her for every drink that we told her, she replied that we don't have it! The question arises, why did you leave a product on the menu when you do not serve it? Too strange not to have an Aperol, but unfortunately the counter was behind us and we saw that you had an Aperol! The place is very beautiful but very low with the employed waitresses. The first place to receive such poor quality service from a female. All my comment is based only on the waitress girl who left a lot to be desired :(

Save your money and book elsewhere. The whole place is dirty, and dated. in the UK this would probably struggle to get a 2 star rating. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Pool area is again very dirty, messy and tired, tiles missing on the pool walls etc etc, and was very expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in on our trip. I think the most useful review i can give you is by answering the question if I would I stay again here? , and the honest answer is, if it was free......... I still wouldn't go back!!

La struttura è bella e pulita, il personale è gentile (anche se quello della reception è un po’ apatico, gentile ma troppo serio). La fregatura sta nel fatto che ci sono molti servizi a disposizione ma sono praticamente tutti quanti a pagamento: - ingresso in piscina in terrazza a 25€ a persona (ed è aperta fino alle 6 di sera, noi volevamo fare il bagno e guardare il tramonto e non abbiamo potuto) - parcheggio auto a 12€ al giorno - sauna 10€ a persona Abbiamo pagato una Coca-Cola 5€ La struttura è davvero molto grande e caotica, ci sono 3 ascensori che sono sempre imballati. In conclusione, ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene ma ci sono alcuni aspetti per i quali non la consiglierei troppo e non ci tornerei!

Resort stile "Gaudì" un po' vecchio da ristrutturare. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento abbastanza pulito tutto sommato. Il personale è stato disponibile e la pulizia delle camere è giornaliera. Ottima la posizione. Buono il cibo al ristorante giù sul mare. Tuttavia ci sono molte cose da rivedere. Il costo della colazione, non compreso per chi prende l'appartamento, è troppo alto (15 euro a persona). Costo del parcheggio non incluso 15 euro al giorno sono un'altro bel salasso. Non è possibile usufruire della palestra perché tutti gli attrezzi sono rotti o mal funzionanti. La spa costa un botto. I lettini della spiaggia sono abbastanza sporchi e la piscina principale è sempre sporca come le altre che ho visto, anche per assenza di doccia all'ingresso. Se si vuole accedere alla piscina al 5 piano si paga a parte. Gli spazi comuni sono poco curati nel complesso e andrebbero ristrutturati. Rapporto qualità prezzo sbilanciato, c'è sicuramente di meglio per quello che si spende. A saperlo avrei cercato altro.
