Great value, excellent hotel
First time visit to Albania. Wonderful 4 nights. The hotel was close to the port (10to 15 mins but bus or taxi, around 20euros if you get a cab or 100 lek pp on the bus). We were given a stand alone room overlooking the sea and literally 10 yards walk to the beach (pebble). Sea is clear. The breakfast had entry of choices (nothing over fancy but very good and a wide choice). The only issue as with most of Sarande expect steep stairs or driveways down to the hotels. Not a major issue for us, but could be for some. However, taxis will drive down to reception. Hotel was very clean. Maybe missing a tea and coffee making facilities in our room , would be the only gripe . The bar next door, serves great food and drink and overlooks the sea. A lovely place to catch the sunset.

Von Berge&Meer als Hotel gelobt, das für gutes Essen bekannt sein soll. Vielleicht war das mal vor sehr langer Zeit so. Jedenfalls haben wir die Nulllinie mit diesem "Hotel" erreicht. Das Frühstück ist an Einfachheit nicht zu überbieten. Eine Sorte Wurst und eine Sorte Käse. Auf das Abendessen kann man getrost verzichten. Es liegt immer das Gleiche in den Warmhaltebehältern. Wir haben von keinem der Gäste ein gutes Wort gehört.

Comitiva di 22 persone - soggiorno 9 - 10 settembre 2024 Albergo scomodo da raggiungere con pendenza superiore all'8%. Nessun pulmino con orari di almeno 1 ora o altro mezzo che riporta dalla hall alla sovrastante strada. Essendo parte di un un gruppo di 22 persone segnalo che 18 hanno accusato problemi di stomaco etc. dopo aver cenato li! Nella reception dopo le 20.00 difficile reperire personale addetto. Esperienza da dimenticare

Good location on quieter part of town. Reception lady was somewhat friendly, but little smile from the boss or interaction. Private beach is pebble into the sea. Rooms very clean. Breakfast is not good.

The hotel is new and really good, our room did not have a balcony so make sure to ask for a room with a balcony (personal preference) they have a private beach area and it is really good just make sure to bring water shoes as there are sea urchins in the water and the beach is with pebbles. The receptionist can be more polite as there was a case when she was not very professional, other than this the place is really good.

Hotel Nertil is just amazing. Me and my family felt like home there. The service and the hotel staff were very kind with us. The food at Ulah was more than delicious and worth the money You are simply respected there so it's definitely worth-visited. Highly recommended! Florent, Bleta, Fron, Arra

I would not recommend for sure.The staff especially the manager were arrogant.I was with my family 5 nights HB and it was said to us from the first day not to eat too ,much or we will pay a fee 50 euros iff so🤦🏽♀️,the room was too small and the toilet too. The food was minimalist and for the coffee better if you drink outside the hotel🤷♀️

Mooi en netjes hotel. Elke dag schoonmaak, handdoeken service voor het privé strand. Neem waterschoenen mee. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. In de directe omgeving winkeltjes (incl zeer goede bakkerij), restaurantje en een pinautomaat. Ik zou vijf sterren hebben gegeven als de muziek in de beachclub niet zo hard stond..) Prima basis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving.
