New Heaven Hotel

The hotel is a renovated structure with a nice design, too bad that it was made with materials taken from the toilet. The bathroom floods, there is no shower head, sockets that don't work, a hair dryer that smokes, the laminate flooring is already loose. It seems like an already old hotel. This is not only because the work was done on a budget but above all because of the lack of maintenance. Furthermore, the air conditioning is split above the bed so it is a problem to sleep at night. Finally, in front there is a bar that plays music at full blast from 8 to midnight and the road to get there is super busy. The hotel is crowded like in a Gomorrah movie, and mine is not a hyperbolic observation but the reality. It is not their fault, Saranda should be avoided, but so it is, at least in August it is like this. The breakfast room and those who manage it are splendid. THERE IS NO PRIVATE BEACH DESPITE THE MILLANTINO! Little seriousness.

The hotel is well located, but the drawback is that it's right in the middle of the streets filled with restaurants and music bars, which makes it very noisy. The rooms are quite small and poorly soundproofed. The only positive aspect is the location of the restaurant, which has great views.

First of all, the hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is extensive and with a beautiful view. The rooms are clean and we had a balcony with sea view (wow!). Clean sheets and towels every day. Good air conditioning and good bed. Opposite the hotel is the best restaurant in town: La Petite. Super close to the boulevard, about 9 minutes walk. Therefore some noise in the evening from music, but after 12 o'clock the music goes off everywhere! NOTE: despite what is stated on booking, the hotel does NOT have a private beach. There is a private beach opposite the hotel where you can lie down and swim, but then you pay 1000 lek (+- €8) per day to rent two beds with parasol.
