The service staff had a good attitude, but the overall experience was too bad. The phone could not be reached, and the customer service contacted but there was no response. We could not get in touch with them, so we had to sleep on the street on the first night. There was no response to the subsequent complaints, and the platform finally refunded the money. The restaurant was under renovation, the bar was under renovation, the road was under renovation, and the swimming pool was not built yet. There was nothing, and communication was difficult. The front desk said that we could not eat, and the backstage phone questioned why we did not use breakfast. The experience was extremely bad. I hope they can rectify it and reopen.

We stayed at the Hotel Joelle Premium for two nights as part of a tour. The room had a beautiful view of the sea. There's no sandy beach; a jetty leads into the sea. Sunbeds are available by the pool and on the rocky beach. The beach bar offers a beautiful view. The room is spacious and nicely furnished. Unfortunately, there's limited storage space in the bathroom. Breakfast is very good. A pleasant walk into town is possible, with a lovely promenade with restaurants. Direct access to the hotel wasn't possible, as it was very steep, but it wasn't a problem for us. We recommend the hotel for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 5 ночей в июне. Очень противоречивые чувства, как и от всей Албании. Отель стоил 120 дол. за ночь. Зашла писать отзыв и просто шок - в августе под 300 дол. Вы серьезно??? Это и 120 совсем не стоило. Но по порядку и детально. Стресс вас ожидает еще на подъезде к отелю - по такому крутому спуску не ездила никогда. Чтобы вы понимали - когда стоишь перед спуском и абсолютно не видишь, куда ехать. Очень страшно. Но внизу есть паркинг. Это большой плюс - даже если нет свободного места просто оставляете ребятам в баре ключи и они сами вашу перепаркуют. И вообще ребята в баре и бич-бои - это самое лучшее в этом отеле. Только они реально полезны и действительно хотят вам помочь. Остальные сотрудники вообще непонятно за что получают зарплату. Но обо всем по порядку. Отель по албанским меркам немаленький. Здание отеля современное, есть свой пляж на платформе с большим количеством лежаков. Все новое и дорогое. Номер размером больше среднего в минималистичном стиле, все качественное. Хорошие плотные шторы, большой телевизор, есть чайник, сейф, холодильник с мини баром. Места для хранения вещей открытые, но это не напрягает. Розеток много. Есть тапочки. Но не совсем удачное освещение - нет прикроватных светильников, только верхний свет. Ванная просторная, есть гель для душа и шампунь в дозаторах. Качественная немецкая сантехника. Но почему-то плохо смешивается вода - или холодная, или горячая. При заселении девушка с ресепшен нас привела в номер и все показала. Сразу бросились в глаза недочеты - при двухместном размещении твин было только одно одеяло и не было питьевой воды. Даже платной, заявленной в минибаре. Она сказала - окей, сейчас исправим и… за 5 дней никто и ничего не исправил, хотя еще 2 раза обращались на ресепшен, а потом просто поняли, что бесполезно. Такой он ненавязчивый албанский сервис - вам улыбнутся, кивнут и ни-че-го не сделают. Сразу скажу, что номер бронировала с видом на море и при минимальной загрузке отеля процентов 20 от силы нам дали номер с боковым видом и без балкона! Так что наша мечта встречать албанские закаты на балконе с бокалом вина сразу накрылась медным тазом. Вид был все равно красивый, но при пустом отеле это как-то плохо, очень плохо выглядит. Сразу насторожило и качество уборки - подруга нашла стаканчик из-под йогурта между кроватью и тумбочкой только присев на кровать. Сразу возник вопрос - а как можно было так убирать и меняли ли вообще постель после предыдущих постояльцев??? Сразу скажу, что за 5 дней у нас убрали и поменяли полотенца всего 2 раза(!!!). Не помогали ни походы на ресепшен, ни обращения к горничным. Горничные в этом отеле отдельная песня- они ходят туда-сюда по этажу, курят на балконе, громко общаются, свысока смотрят на гостей и ничего не делают. Просто жаль хозяина - потратить большие деньги на качественные материалы, электронику и получить такой результат из-за человеческого фактора. Идем дальше -завтрак. Vacation in Saranda. I stayed for a few days at the Premium Joelle Hotel, an excellent location, practically on the seafront. The service is excellent and the hotel staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed as if you were a VIP. The cuisine is excellent. The raw fish and all the dishes offered on the predominantly fish menu are excellent. Everything is accompanied by a good white wine. I will definitely return next year but always during this period. Highly recommended.

From the start when my husband left his bag in the taxi the owner arranged to get it back within the hour. What can i say about the hotel a 5 star , the room was incredible modern, clean, everything you needed in the room , super comfy big bed and the amazing sea view with gorgeous sunsets. Towels for pool . Breakfast was great lots to choice with a beautiful view over the ocean , food in the evening was amazing.. lovely pool and a private beach , lovely chilled vibes away from main town but easy to walk to which we rather. Everywhere in the hotel you have amazing views, we have had an amazing stay for our first time in albania, think its my new favourite place, gutted to be leaving tomorrow, but we be back . Last of all i want to thank owner and all the staff , you should be very proud of yourselves for us you made our holiday extra special , your kindness, so helpful, and nothing too much trouble , with a smile while working so very hard . We stayed at the hotel, the cleanliness was not good, we found cockroaches in the bathroom.. There is no water to drink and no cups to drink water.. The reception is respectful, friendly and helpful, especially the employee Egidio. Thank you to him.
