Dear Rozeta, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I will be leaving the hotel earlier than my planned departure date (31/07/2024) due to an unfortunate incident that occurred during my stay. One of the hotel owners behaved and spoke very aggressively towards a receptionist who was performing her duties normally. Such behavior, especially from an older woman, is not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling for guests. This incident has left me feeling very traumatized, and I do not feel comfortable continuing my stay under these circumstances. While we have thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and found the staff to be excellent, this incident has left a very negative impression on us. To address this situation, we would like to request either a 50% refund of the payment we made for our stay or assistance in finding another hotel where we can feel safe and comfortable.
