Great service with great host and great facilities(pool especially and clean room) Even though we arrived late, which was 3 AM, hosts helped us check in easily. Moreover, we woke up late and the breakfast time was over but the host asked us whether we want breakfast. Everyone was super nice and generous.
The outdoor pool was great to swim. Also 15 minutes away from the bus terminal which made us come here easily

The price is not low, the price-performance ratio is not high, the room facilities are too basic, and the breakfast is too unpalatable. These are the biggest "mistakes" of this trip.

The rooms were nice and clean but not 5 star. 3.5 -4. The location is great and pool lovely.
The main thing we disliked was a lack of friendliness, and people are not helpful.
Breakfast was ok but again functional, not inspiring. Our stay was okay but not a luxury resort by any standard.

Nice hotel room for 3 friends, very nice private beach with food and beverages for a cost. Very helpful with late checkout for EUR 30. The breakfast was the biggest drawback, not bad but not amazing, especially for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located- a short walk from great restaurants (Ladi and Black Marlin) and supermarkets like Spar.
The staff were amazing at booking us taxis, recommending places to eat or anything else we needed to enjoy our stay.
We really enjoyed access to their pool, sunloungers and beach front and even found that we preferred this to some of the other beaches we visited in Saranda/Ksamil!
Could not recommend enough and will definitely be coming back!

The staff at Vila Kalcuni ( especially Jona) took great care of us and speak English well. The rooms are small but thoughtfully designed and equipped. It's walkable to the port and the waterfront.
