This is one of the best Hampton Inns I've stayed at...and I stay at a lot of them. This hotel is very clean (way above average compared to typical Hampton Inns), the staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is awesome. There is ample parking for trucks with trailers. I'd like to recognize Tiffany, the Front Desk lady who checked me on many of my visits to this hotel...super friendly, super helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure my stays are always the best....and she bakes some excellent cookies! She does her best to make Hilton Honors members especially welcomed. Highly recommend this hotel and kudos to Tiffany for me such an excellent host.

Amazing hotel!
I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times for work, and every visit has been outstanding. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. They’ve consistently been accommodating with our needs, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. Also, the rooms are always clean. This hotel really feels like a home away from home. We travel with our two dogs, and they get so much love from the staff. We love staying here and are so grateful to have such a reliable place to return to while in Saraland. Very highly recommend! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Nice hotel. The elevator floor was under repair which caused a small trip but I should have paid better attention. Overall it was fine.

The hotel is typical Hampton Inn. I like to stay in Hiltons in order to build up points, which I have used several times. However, beware when reserving on line. I indicated that we were traveling with a pet. The total price for our stay showed room, $144.76, tax $23.16 for a total of $167.92. Okay, not a bad price. I know they say that they charge $75.00 for pets, but they did not include that and not all Hiltons charge for pets, so assumed that this Hilton did not charge for our pet per the total. So, I booked the room. When I checked in, I was given a form to sign about our pet. AND when I checked out the next day, $75 was added PLUS an additional "Sales tax Allow Pet Smoking" of $12.00. So my bill was not $167.92, but $254.92!!! I find the fact of not showing the extras at the time of my making the reservation was deceptive. We will be looking for hotels, other than Hiltons in the future for sure. Beware of pet fees not being included on Hilton bills when making a reservation. A week earlier, we were not charged a pet fee at another Hampton Inn.

I booked 3 rooms for my family. My room was fairly clean, but the person who stayed before me left a pair of worn socks under the desk and housekeeping failed to vacuum under the desk or they would have removed the dirty socks. I felt that the room wasn’t cleaned appropriately. I did let the front desk know when we checked out.
