الخدمة جدا سيئة وموظفين الاستقبال من أسوء مارأيت من خدمة وكذلك التكييف جدا حار ولا يبرد والفرن لا يعمل ولايوجد شاهي ولا قهوة ولا سكر في الغرف والنعال الذي في الغرفة سيء جدا ليس له قيمة من رقته والفطور ليس جيدا

Dieses Hotel hat mit einem Vier-Sterne-Standard absolut nichts zu tun. Die Klimaanlage war so schwach, dass sie kaum Wirkung zeigte und das Zimmer blieb heiß und stickig. Ein unangenehmer Geruch lag ständig in der Luft. Fenster öffnen? Nicht möglich, da außen überall Mücken klebten. Lüften war also keine Option.
Die Klobrille war vergilbt. Zwar offenbar gereinigt, aber alt und unhygienisch wirkend. Insgesamt machte das Zimmer einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck.
Die Lage klingt gut auf dem Papierund soll nah zur Innenstadt sein. In Wirklichkeit liegt das Hotel jedoch oben auf einem steilen Hügel. Wer zu Fuß unterwegs ist, wird hier nicht glücklich.
Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: ein zu kleiner Raum, überfüllt und laut. Viele Kinder, viel Chaos, keine entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Kaffee war ungenießbar Wohl der schlechteste den ich getrunken habe. Die Betten? Zu klein und unbequem.
Einziger Pluspunkt: das kostenlose kleine Parkhaus direkt am Hotel.
Fazit: Dieses Hotel verfehlt jeden Anspruch auf vier Sterne. Wer Komfort, Ruhe und Qualität erwartet, sollte sich definitiv anderweitig umsehen.
