The hotel room is very large, the breakfast is rich in variety, the room is clean and warm, and there is a balcony. You can see the beautiful mountain view through the window. It is only a few minutes away from the Latin Bridge. I am very satisfied with choosing this hotel~

The hotel doesn't even have a bottle of water in the room. It's 5 stars but in reality it's barely 3 stars hotel.
It was so hoot in the room and you can't control the heat. I couldn't even sleep. Very disappointing experience, specially for that price for Sarajevo.

Wonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

This hotel is near by old town and walkable to access some interesting scenic sites. The hotel parking sign is not very clear and the access road is very narrow to drive. The lobby seems too messy which is not match the 5-star rate.

Great location. Good room size. Very good breakfast menu. A very basic health suite. Sauna and Hammam are at an extra cost. A great hotel but in need of some refurbishment.
