Located just beside saputara Lake. The hotel location is excellent. Service is ok (not bad, not good). Cleanliness you can expect is met. Food and breakfast does not have that much variety and option one was expecting with 3 star ⭐ hotel.

A] They really need to improve the Dinner menu of the restaurant [TANOOR WAS NOT AVAILABLE, So, one has to choose between Chapati or Paratha only. No Chinese, Fastfood or any other options were available. charges were also on higher side with limited options in Punjabi menu too... So, I give 4 star rating. However, Punjabi food was fantastic. B] Breakfast menu was simply superb. C] Informed complementary evening tea at the time of check-in, Provided tea only on 1 evening, not available on the next evening. D] The condition of room was good with a good standard of cleanliness. E] The staff was very supportive and courteous. Overall, one may book this hotel for good experience as it is in the center of the city.

Wonderfully experience and ambience at Patang Specially Mr bhavin bhai helped a lot within this trip and stay at hotel Will visit again for sure Helpfully team and my family liked too Will recommend others too basis reasonable rates and experience Breakfast and food was amazing

Wonderful experience!!! Very nice hotel, pool and garden is maintained. Room are spacious. Nice service by front desk / reception staff - Bhaven . Restaurant staff was also attentive. House keeping staff was maintaining everything. Must visit place at Saputara. Its just in front of lake

First of all thanks to the Patang Residency to upgrade my stay to premium room.
It was very spacious room with beautiful lake view. My little daughter loved the room ambiance. Bed is very cozy. Rooms and property is kept very neat and clean. Pool and garden area was nicely maintained with some kids play toys, my daughter loved to play in the garden area.
As I had taken addon for dinner and I must say it was great choice which I made. Enjoyed the various delicacy served in the dinner.
Best place to stay in Saputara as it is situated at the very prime location of city next to the beautiful lake.
Regarding hotel staff they are very polite and nice.
Highly recommended place for a day or two vacation.

The stay was awesome and comfortable. Rooms were clean and tidy. Room service was also good . We enjoyed the view of the lake from the room. However, food could be better especially the complimentary breakfast options. Overall it was great experience .

when we arrived at the hotel we were alloted two rooms as per our booking.
one room was ok, however the second room the air conditioning was not functional.
we called the house keeping, and they sent someone to have a look.
from their facial expressions and behavior it became quite obvious that they were well aware that the air conditioning was not working and they alloted that room to a guest. after paying 6500/- rupees a night people expect much better service.
what the hotel did was cheating the guest.
people would be well advised to keep away from this Hotel as there are plenty of better hotels which provide excellent service.
BE CAREFUL NOT TO BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE.
