Located just beside saputara Lake. The hotel location is excellent. Service is ok (not bad, not good). Cleanliness you can expect is met. Food and breakfast does not have that much variety and option one was expecting with 3 star ⭐ hotel.

Tariff rates are unnecessary very high. Tea was charged rs 75-. Room and food was very average. There was no refrigerator and even hairdryer was not provided in room with tariff rate of rs 6000+ per night for two person. I think this is the only reason that tourist never visit second time on such destinations. Only location of this property is excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the courteous and professional behavior of the staff. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered excellent comfort, making it a great place to unwind. The reception staff are very helpful and generous and offer information about a place. The overall experience was truly value for money, with competitive pricing and thoughtful amenities. Our room pro facing to lake. Excellent stay at patang residency. The location is fantastic, service and restaurant is excellent too ! traveled with kids and they enjoy the open lawn at the property. There were small issue with hot water and television but the staff sorted it out in minutes ! kudos to the hotel staff. Keep up the great work !

Very nice room, good staff, excellent food. Overall a very nice and refreshing experience. Location of the hotel is also very nice with good parking, security etc.
