Located just beside saputara Lake. The hotel location is excellent. Service is ok (not bad, not good). Cleanliness you can expect is met. Food and breakfast does not have that much variety and option one was expecting with 3 star ⭐ hotel.

Location is good. Food is ok. Normal taste. Two times complaint about toilet smell. Staff didn't agree finally they put air freshner. Without using smeel is there. This should be taken care by hotel staff in future.

It is a pleasure experience to stay in patang residency. The accommodation is spacious and feels luxurious. The in-house restaurant is good and food is tasty and tingling. Surrounded by good looking creatures. Happy to stay here.

Our checkout was planned on 28th Dec. After we check in on 26th, my daughter was not feeling well (High fever) So, due to medical emergency we plan to check out on 27th. Neither hotel nor MMT helped us in this medical situation for early check out Even we had medical emergency. Same was mentioned in hotel booking that we can cancel booking in medical emergency.

Worst stay ever in Saputara. Really very bad experience in this hotel. What they wrote we get nothing like they didn’t provide us Dental kit , hair dryer , slippers, and hot water even in morning. When we asked to them to provide us they took too much time. Really slow service. We request for extra bed but they don’t have folding bed we got mettress on floor this is really Disappointing thing . I will never visit and recommend this hotel to any one.
