Located just beside saputara Lake. The hotel location is excellent. Service is ok (not bad, not good). Cleanliness you can expect is met. Food and breakfast does not have that much variety and option one was expecting with 3 star ⭐ hotel.

Receptionist need to improve how to talk with coustomer, during waiting time more, we got the hotel after wait more then 2. 5 hour's this is 1st thing due to this i can give bad experience. Seems servant persons very less for greeting dealy service

Very well maintained property, staff is polite and helpful. Location is perfect as it is just next to lake and boating club. Breakfast had many options and all were super tasty. Detox water was a surprise at entrance in a good way. Overall happy and satisfied with the accommodation and hospitality.

Didn’t justify their price as they won’t provide you washroom slippers nor extra water bottles, no moisturiser in their toiletries, no hair dryer, and no bathrobes. They have mentioned free evening high tea but won’t provide you. They only provide lukewarm water in washroom … we were expecting for hot water in such cold weather.

Good location and good food. Not so clean (especially the smelly bedding. Lake view rooms have a great view.

Highlight is that they could not offer their guests a free water bottle worth rs. 20!they are charging almost 11k for 2 rooms but cannot provide free drinking water. Besides that, location is pretty good nearby lake. Amenities are not worth the money you pay for. Room service could be better. Room tariff is on higher side.
