Good location next to the sapporo train station. Might be a little far from the city centre, but is within walking distance. Polite and helpful staff and nice rooms.

A slight walk away from the station but still fine. We had a comfortable 1N stay here. Didn't expect a free onsen/public bathhouse onsite that is free for all guests which is a nice addition. Beyond that, no complaints for the price paid.

Cleaning and good services

The hotel is located 2 streets away from daimura aka JR sapporo. Surrounded by a few convenient store. Hotel has a complimentary onsen and ice cream (for after onsen). Room size still ok. Everyday the housekeeper will clean the room if guest state that they prefer their room to be cleaned up, however the making of beds will be done on alternate days which led to my surprise (it was stated on the decal that was place behind the room door). Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was good.

Keihan Hotel Sapporo is always my first choice whenever I visit Hokkaido. It’s a smooth and seamless experience from the moment you checked in and the last day of checking out by just dropping off the key at the service counter. There’s a a lot of amenities that you can rent for free and the highlight of the stay is their in house public bath onsen which is wonderful especially after returning from the cold weather outside. Also, it’s within walking distance to Sapporo train stations and other attractions.

Located in great location not far from JR station Sapporo. They provided all amenities as much as you want. Breakfast was the same all days.

5mins walk from the Sapporo station. A few convenience stores just outside the hotel. Excellent service by the front desk to help us with luggage storage

Location still 5-10min walk from JR station. Will be consider a distance if under cold weather. Hot bath available. However will be good if hotel can provide free or discounted parking for guests

Great Service. Everyone treat us friendly and suggest great food nearby.

It was a little challenging for us to get to the hotel on our arrival day due to the Shinkansei Line construction around the JR station. Other than that, the location is almost perfect: close to the JR station and the Hokkaido University, with a few large department stores near by and a Family Mart close to the hotel. Breakfast was okay, nothing too special and was a little small in my opinion, however I love their cherry tomatoes and milk. Parking was 1300 yen per day.

Transportation is great. Buses, taxis and trains are closed to trains terminal. Restaurants , shopping malls are connected. Hotel staff and service are wonderful and polite always ready when you need it but hotel rooms are a bit old and small.
