Hotel Ten to Ten

I stayed here for 3 nights with 5 friends. It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Sapporo Station, so I think it was within walking distance. There were no convenience stores or shops near the hotel, but there were convenience stores, izakayas, and other shops on the walk from the station to the hotel. I booked a twin room with two double beds, but when we got to the room there was also a single bed so 5 people could sleep there. Check-in and check-out were a little confusing, but I was able to ask a hotel staff member right away using Skype at the unmanned front desk, which was great.

I had trouble because I didn't know the password for check-in. I wish they would let me know in advance by email or something. The person on the phone spoke broken Japanese, so it was hard to hear. The room was clean and the amenities were good. However, the refrigerator was too small!!

It was a little far from downtown, so I had to take a taxi for everything. The room was clean and beautiful! This hotel was perfect for a girls trip!

Since it was an unmanned hotel, it was difficult to communicate with the staff, the refrigerator did not work, the Internet in the room did not work, and there was a lot of dust everywhere, such as the bed and sofa, and it was messy. The distance is close to Sapporo Station, but there was no food nearby, so I had to go all the way to Sapporo Station. The most inconvenient thing was that it was unfamiliar and difficult to check in, so I had to spend a lot of time.
