Although the hotel is a bit far from Sapporo Station, about 10 minutes away, the surrounding environment is good. The front desk staff is not in the hotel. There is only one iPad at the front desk. When you enter the hotel, you have to use the hotel iPad's Skype to communicate and check in. It is an interesting experience.
The room was big enough, with a small living room, a three-person sofa and a coffee table, and space to open all our suitcases. The big TV could connect to Netflix, which was great.
The bed is very comfortable. There are different pillows provided on the bed, including the curved comfortable pillow that I usually sleep on.
But the lighting in the hotel is rather dim, and when it is turned on fully, it appears dark yellow, making it difficult to put on makeup.

The room was super unexpected and super satisfying!
Four people were staying. I thought there would be four single beds, but it turned out to be four double beds.
I think the range of activities is enough for six people
Individually packaged lotions are also provided to guests.
The CP value is great. Recommended to everyone.

This hotel is cool ! No man hotel, everything done with on line. Location is good as near to JR Sapporo station and easy to walk around to Susukino area

I stayed here for 3 nights with 5 friends.
It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Sapporo Station, so I think it was within walking distance.
There were no convenience stores or shops near the hotel, but there were convenience stores, izakayas, and other shops on the walk from the station to the hotel.
I booked a twin room with two double beds, but when we got to the room there was also a single bed so 5 people could sleep there.
Check-in and check-out were a little confusing, but I was able to ask a hotel staff member right away using Skype at the unmanned front desk, which was great.

I had trouble because I didn't know the password for check-in.
I wish they would let me know in advance by email or something.
The person on the phone spoke broken Japanese, so it was hard to hear.
The room was clean and the amenities were good.

A nice new and clean hotel. The room is spacious for 4 people. There is no reception, need to check in through a tablet and vdo call. The hotel provides good wifi. There is an elevator and shower, no bathtub. There is a small space for 2 cars parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km from Sapporo station (where Daimaru and Stellar are located). There are paid parking lots and convenience stores nearby.
