友だち家族3家族で宿泊しました。
小さい子どもがいるのでこうゆう一軒家を貸して頂けると、周りに気兼ねなく過ごす事は出来ました。
しかし、清潔感はなく、リビングの床はゴミや髪の毛が目立ちとても不快でした。
お風呂場のドアも壊れてちゃんと閉まらず、とても使いづらかったです。
もっとしっかりとした清掃と設備管理が必要だと思います。
もう一度泊まりたいとは思わない宿でした。

4人でのゴルフ旅行に使いました。
3泊で一人1万円を切る抜群のコスパ、新築に近い新しさでしかも3つも寝室のある広さに感激しました。2つの洋室には各々2つのベッドがあり、和室も広々でした。
またレンタカーを停める駐車スペースも無料で付いており広々してます。
静かな郊外にあるのですが、ススキノのある中心街まで地下鉄で15分ほどで行けるので夜も海鮮居酒屋やジンギスカンなど北海道を満喫できました‼️
札幌にいく時はまたぜひ利用したいです。

場所は札幌中心部から少々離れていますが、空港と中心部との通り道にあるのでとても便利です。広さもゆとりがあり、快適でした。

Wi-Fiはほとんど繋がりません。
一階と二階に分かれていますが、一軒家をリフォームしたのか、二階からの生活音が丸聞こえです。足音、話し声、トイレを流す音など。
インター、地下鉄の駅も近く、立地はいいです
概ね満足できました。
