Facilities are not the latest and are common business hotel. Cleaning is meticulous. This time I was staying for an exam, so I studied in my room, but it was quiet during the day and I was able to concentrate. At night you can hear some people talking in the aisles. There were few people outside at night and it was quieter than during the day. There are three convenience stores nearby, and Hosui Susukino Station on the Toho Subway Line is about five minutes away, which is suitable for students taking exams.
