The location is excellent. only a minute walk from the subway. The hotel is clean and will choose this hotel again if visit Sapporo in the future.

Nice location, onsen is lovely, opposite ice festival

This place is superb! I highly recommend it. The location is very accessible with everything. The airport bus is just in front of the hotel, the subway is just only few steps away. It’s located to a shopping district, it’s very convenient to go around. If you wanna visit some tourist attractions, you can easily access it by bus or train. If you’d like to go to niseko for a day trip you can take a 3 hrs bus to get there and it’ll take only 10mins walk to get to the bus station from the hotel. The Tv tower is just few minutes walk, where we celebrated the New Years countdown during the New Year’s Eve. The staff are very helpful! Especially the concierge, you can ask them anything and they are willing to help you to give some information about the place that would you like to visit. Im also having trouble about my luggage to send it to Tokyo through takyubin, but the concierge help me to get through and come up with a great solution to solve it. I’m very thankful with him, he has no idea how much he help me and give me a hassle free traveling back to Tokyo. If I’ll comeback to Sapporo again, I’ll definitely check this place! The amenities and spa is also amazing, it’s not that really crowded as what I expected. You can relaxed and take a hot bath after a long walk and get a free popsicle ice cream after. They will also give you a high quality amenities once you check in for skin care. This place is really outstanding!

This hotel is located strategically at Sapporo City Centre, opposite Odori Park, airport bus directly stop in front of hotel, approx 10mins walk to JR station, etc. Easy access to convenient stores and food nearby. Booked a triple room & size is considered acceptable for Japan standard. Room is clean & well equipped wt TV, wifi, hair dryer, fridge etc. However, water bottle was only provided once on check in & thereafter no refill of water bottle. Vending machine & ice dispenser are available on my floor.

Quite good location. Pillows are nice but mattress can be harder but good sleep nonetheless. Breakfast for 4 days was the same dishes except for the daily pasta change. Sigh... Could be a bit varied on alternate day perhapa+ Thanks

Very clean and comfortable.

Hotel is not so close to JR train station and it took 15 min slow walk from JR Train STATION to reach hotel. There is 24 hours convenient store beside Hotel which is great to buy food and drink easily. Hotel has free Onsen bath. Service is good and Staff is kind and caring.

small room , there isn't enough space for our luggages. though location is fantastic plus with airport bus tranfer is directly outside the hotel.

Chose this hotel because the airport bus stop was just right at the doorstep and Odori subway exit 3 a few steps away. It made for travelling in winter very convenient. Unfortunately there were no convenient stores around so that was a downside when you get hungry at night. Nonetheless, the hotel was extremely clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were small so dont expect too much, but the clean public bath and onsen were great to have after a long day.

I often stay in this hotel as it's private, close to the subway and restaurants, and there's an airport bus bus stop right outside the hotel. The onsen is decent and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and there are great vending machines in the hotel. Ill stay here again.
