We stayed for a night and this property exceeded expectations. It is spotless and you dont need to leave at all. It is so well run and the service is so personalized, from which bus you are taking back into town to what allergies you have, all staff members take note of your preferences. Especially want to thank ***** for making this stay so memorable! Food is also very wholesome and seasonal. Could not fault this place if you tried!

這次住定山溪常青藤木屋，真的太滿足了。酒店服務一流，還有 1 對 1 管家，全程細心又貼心。早上被鳥叫聲叫醒，一睜眼全是綠色，美到窒息。
小細節也很加分，比如送了 POLA 的試用裝，超驚喜。晚餐是懷石料理，從天亮吃到天黑，每一道都精緻。
離開的時候就一個想法——see you Again！

時隔2年再次有幸入住，還是一樣的私密，所有的服務生無論年紀都熱忱有禮，會記得你拜託的每一個細節。女將依舊優雅大方，心中日式温泉酒店的天花板。第一晚升級了鐵板料理，超出預期，推薦入住的小夥伴可以提前郵件訂下套餐（2人追加¥24000） 師傅星山很可愛，邊吃邊聊特別愉快的用餐體驗。

裏面的泡澡浴衣選擇不多。女士的不合身太長不適合拍照環境非常好。大堂和餐廳都能看到風景。鐵板燒也非常好，值得一試

海膽蒸蛋加鮮海膽是頭菜，生與熟，是甜與鮮的對比。煮扇貝頭上頂着一撮魚子醬，可以先撩一點魚子醬咂摸海風的新鮮，然後再把扇貝裹着魚子一口下去，順帶再抿一口冰冰的清酒。ZUI出餐之快可以申請吉尼斯世界紀錄了。站在門口的服務生一直在悄然打量我們，一般在吃光的十秒鐘左右，就過來輕輕問是否可以收走？下一道菜，在五分鐘左右就上了。為此我刻意放慢了吃的速度，怕廚師來不及應付。生魚片、天婦羅、煎和牛，ZUI的主廚是中國人吧？廚房完全做到了又快又好。
