Had an amazing stay at Chalet Ivy, a new modern ryokan with traditional feels. The room is very spacious with comfortable modern amenities, with an in-room private onsen, with unobstructed snow covered views. Dinner and breakfast here are one of the best, the sequencing of dishes and the amount are just right. Your get to explore various dishes and each dishes are so meticulously done. One of the best perks here are the lounge, the snack bar and drinks bar are awesome. Stocks with best Sapporo snack and drinks for you to grab at any time. Definitely one of the best resort ever, will return for sure.

The hotel I was looking forward to the most before the trip started. After checking in, I found that the negative reviews were correct. We were greeted by a Chinese clerk after arrival. The check-in process was very smooth. The room was a suite with spacious space and a large snow view. You don’t have to go to the public hot springs if you bring your own private hot spring. When you check in, you will be given a wine card with several wines for free. There are also many Japanese snacks on the first floor for you to pick up. Breakfast and dinner are also very ceremonial, and the overall experience is very good.

This hotel should be the hotel with the best service and environment that I stayed in for 7 days in Hokkaido!
