Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Properties in Sapporo

Location: About a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very convenient for JR day trips to surrounding areas. Service: English-speaking staff at the front desk, so no worries about not understanding Japanese. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth. Amenities: Well-equipped facilities, just the right size for two people, and overall cleanliness was good.

The room was quite spacious for Japan, featuring three beds, which was ideal for our family trip. The facilities were also good. Its location is convenient for Chitose Airport, with a taxi ride costing around 2000 JPY. However, dining options right outside the hotel are somewhat limited. We visited during a holiday period, so all the Izakayas required reservations. Fortunately, there's a soup curry place and a tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant right outside, which served as decent alternatives.
