Sad family experience 😟 Wish we’d read reviews Great location, stunning beachfront views and a nice pool and beautiful ocean deck area. The onsite, (but independent), Thai restaurant was EXCELLENT! Unfortunately that’s all the positives, it’s clear that the private owners of the individual resort studios care more about profits than guest experience. Our unit for family of 5 was clean and tidy, for $360 a night it was though well below our expectations, (only 1 of 2 aircons worked, dryer was faulty, not enough place settings for 5, damaged furniture, bbq gas near empty), fittings, fixtures and furniture would have been “on trend” in the late 90’s but should have been renovated many, many years ago. Same goes for all of the resort really, the spa is archaic, gym is beyond terrible and generally it’s well past worn out, (only photo I took ~ outdoor furniture summed it up really =tired & broken). Signs up throughout our studio warning of “you’ll be charged if you don’t x,y&z. Don’t bother with contacting reception as it’s mostly closed. We made it a great stay as you do with a family but we’ll be spending our money elsewhere in the future,

The location was perfect but there were no staff. Our AC was not working for the bedroom inside and some of us couldn’t sleep whole night. I wish there were more staff as we couldn’t meet anyone even if we stayed for 2 days.

Properties showing its age in numerous parts. I didn’t like the lack of check in info or check out info. And in 2024 to have no wifi access in my room at a resort was very disappointing. Room was very clean and bed was very comfy. Shower head needs replacing as that was awful which detracts from the overall experience.

We did not have any contact from phone calls, email, whilst we only got that the reception was out and “we will return your call” later. We arrived on the Friday around 3 PM and no one was at reception. If they told us that they had no staff, we would know. Unfortunately we would not return. The times we have had stayed there was always one level and this time we were on 2nd level with 17 steps which was not shown when we booked.

Road trip home The resort is wonderfull Great three bedroom unit, next to the beach and pools are fantastic The heated spa a hidden secret Loved everything about the resort Would definitely stay again and recommend
