Ramada Resort by Wyndham Sapanca Thermal

I definitely recommend it. If you are looking for a place to relax with your family or friends, this is the place you are looking for. We came with our friends and were very pleased. We plan to come again when we have time. The fact that it is a Ramada brand gives even more confidence.

We made a reservation a month in advance as 4 couples to have some fun and then relax during the Valentine's Day week, our first priority was to stay in a place with live music, after speaking to several hotels we called the Ramada hotel many times to ask if there was live music, we were told that there was live music by the fire on Friday and Saturday nights and that the music could be taken to the Dolce restaurant depending on the weather conditions, so we decided on the Ramada hotel, today before packing my suitcase I called the hotel reception and asked if there would be music outside or inside due to the snowfall, the reception said there was no information and I waited on the phone for 5 minutes and said that the Tatil budur guide would get back to me, when the Tatil budur guide got back to me they said there would be no music on February 15th, how did we get such information, that there was a camp at the hotel over the weekend, they called the hotel and Tatil budur many times a month ago to confirm the live music, I requested that the phone conversations be listened to, and when I said that it was Valentine's Day week, every hotel was having events and music, and that the only reason we didn't go to Elite World and preferred them was because there was live music, I sent my complaints to Tatil budur customer service He told me to forward it, when I called the customer service they said that they forwarded my complaint to the option centers and they would get back to me, cancellation was out of the question, and still no response was made and no solution was found to our grievance, we were disappointed and victimized before we could go to our holiday dream that everyone had been waiting excitedly and curiously for a month, the fact that no official from the hotel called is another handicap, we have to deal with this as this is what a holiday is, I could not make sense of this process, this is not the first problem I have had with Ramada hotels, 4-5 years ago when we went to Ramada Güre hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, although it was said that there would be live music, they informed me that the live music was canceled because there was a wedding in the hotel, in other words, Ramada is a regret and disappointment for me, I will definitely not prefer it again, if you do not want to be victimized, do not stay at Ramada hotels 😡😡😡

Tek kelime ile resepsiyondan odaya kadar restorandan havuza kadar mükemmel bir tesis , herkes çok ilgiliydi , odalar tertemizdi . Yemek çeşitleri fazla ve çok lezzetliydi . Konum olarak Sapanca gölünü gören bir odamız vardı . Personel sağolsun gerçekten çok hürmetle saygılı ve çözüm odaklıydı . Jakuzi çok genişti pırıl pırıldı . Girişte bizleri karşılayan güleryüzlü tatilbudur personeli FURKAN beye ve otel ön büro müdürü Özlem hanıma çok ama çok teşekkür ederim. İşini Böyle güzel yapan insanların varlığını hissetmek güzel.

Ünlü isimlere sahip farklı termal oteller arasında kararsız kalmışken daha önce Ramada Otellerin de konakladığım için bir de Sapanca’daki otelini denemek istedim. Ne kadar doğru bir karar verdiğimi yemekleri, oda temizliği, Tesisin büyüklüğü,bungalovların diğerlerinden farkını hizmet kalitesiyle anladım. En önemlisi de tesiste sadece müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı olan Furkan Bey’e ilgi alakası için çok teşekkür ederim. Gönül rahatlığıyla istediğiniz kadar konaklayabilirsiniz
