Merkezi konum , temiz ve şık lüks villa ısıtmalı havuzu olması çok iyi kışın bir daha tercih edeceğim. Aynı zamanda pati dostu bir işletme olmaları çokta önemli bir detay hayvan sever bütün arkadaşlarıma önereceğim.Restaurant ve marketlere yürüme mesafesinde göl kenarına 2-3 dk mesafede olması çok güzel araç kullanmadan her yere gidilebilir

the place was amazing, the location is excellent, right in the centre of Sapanca amazing weather all year long. the villa was fully equipped with very you need all you needed to buy was groceries. the villa was very clean, each bedroom has it own bathroom, all showers are standup, very clean. the living areas and kitchen are open to each other great for hosting friends and having game nights. the pool is just amazing also temperature adjusted cool in the hot weather and warm during the cold weather. i would definitely book it again.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable holiday as a family. Its location is right in the center of social life in Sapanca Kırkpınar, everywhere is within walking distance. This was very valuable for us🙏🏻 Even though it was cool at night, we entered our heated pool and laughed a lot with funny stories by lighting a fire around the garden fireplace :) Also, although we have a fully equipped luxury kitchen, the Uğurlu Dükkan Box right at the entrance of our villa We are very happy to have the restaurant😍 we would like to thank Mr. Aybars, the owner of the establishment, for his interest and interest and Mr. Yahya for his friendly service🙏🏻 we recommended it to all our friends, we will come again at every opportunity🙏🏻

Hello, we stayed for 1 week. We had a lot of fun and we are very sad to go back to our hometown with all my friends. The villa was extremely clean, all the beds and sheets smelled very nice. Mr. Aybars and Mr. Yahya welcomed us very well. They took very good care of me. My other friends constantly asked where it was, it is definitely the only place to be preferred in Sapanca, considering everything. We are thinking of going again.
