ibis Chalon-sur-Saône North (Hotel renovated)

L'hôtel et la chambre sont rénovés récemment, cependant la chambre est très petite et l'insonorisation sur la route insuffisante. La literie n'est pas confortable. Hôtel suffisant pour une étape sur la route, mais certainement pas pour plusieurs nuits

Prima hotel als je ‘en route’ bent. Niks bijzonders, maar schoon en prima bed. Kleine kamer, ook een kleine badkamer, maar je slaapt er alleen. Douche is prima! Tegenover het hotel kun je even wat eten bij een aantal fastfoodketens. Ontbijt niet genomen.

Parfait. Accueil + propreté + de quoi manger un petit repas simple le soir et buffet petit déjeuner largement suffisant pour un hôtel d étape. Le tout récemment rénové et au calme malgré la proximité de la sortie d autoroute. Je recommande vivement . Merci

Very good value for money I don't forget the very complete breakfast with fresh products The welcome is friendly One of my good evenings stopover. Be careful no restaurant Bravo and don't change a thing!

Tout est parfait, équipe formidable Sur l'ensemble des hôtels fréquentés, c'est bien celui qui sort du lot On l'explique principalement par une directrice très impliquée et de son équipe A sélectionner d'autant plus qu'il vient d'être rénové

En tout premier lieu, nous apprécions cet hôtel pour l'ensemble de son personnel qui est toujours très à l'écoute. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont propres, la literie confortable, le parking gratuit. Pour nous, c'est la meilleure adresse de Chalon.

Location in an area with parking space is its only advantage for a stopover on the way back from the South for the rest to go your way. Very average welcome, no professionalism, I booked via the official Accor Ibis website and upon arrival (we stayed 2 nights, one on the way to the south and one on the way back) I had the same problem, I was told charging more than on my reservation and removing the half board that was included. Note from reception you just had to book by calling us directly, what is the purpose in this case of having a site? Very arrogant person and who made no attempt to understand the problem just to cash in then pay 180€ for 2 rooms in agreement but when the price displayed is lower in the reservation email I do not agree. Not to mention the rooms, see photos of the state of the bathrooms, hair and hair of all kinds in the shower and even up to the ceiling. Dead fly on the window sill... Trés bon acceuil. Nous avons toujours une jolie chambre avec vue sur le jardin oú parfois en hiver les arbres se couvrent de givre. Un point de chute idéal pour nous qui sommes originaires de Charente et aui habitons Munich.
