We spendeerden vorig jaar een paar aangename dagen in dit hotel ook al al zijn we toen met ergernis over teveel lawaai aan het zwembad vertrokken. Dit jaar hebben we 6 dagen doorgebracht in dit hotel maar ineens ook de laatste keer. Dit zogenaamde 4 sterren hotel heeft meer weg van een soort b&b waar je voortdurend onder het toeziende oog van de eigenaars staat. Kassa kassa is het motief van deze mensen ipv service gerichtheid en hartelijkheid. De voornaamste ergernissen: - ondanks een paar keer te melden is er geen warm water dit hotel. De eigenaars doen of je niet weet hoe je een kraan moet bedienen. Het water is een beetje lauw. Ondanks opmerkingen blijft het water koud gedurende heel de week! Zeer beschamend! - er zijn veel regels bij het zwembad maar rust respecteren is daar niet bij. Ofwel is er een vrijgezellen feest of anders krijsen kinderen de boel onder. De eigenaars kijken er naar en ondernemen niets. - het ontbijt is karig: aangelengd fruitsap en yoghurt uit de Aldi. 4 sterren? - gedurende een week wordt het beddengoed niet verschoont. - een niet eetbare steak…. Daar zeg je als eigenaar toch niets over en reken je gewoon aan. De eigenaar staat anders voor het minste aan je tafel hopend op meer omzet. Kortom… we betaalden 150/nacht. Hoet verwacht je een andere standaard voor.

Beautiful hotel, quiet rural area. You do need a car. Very large comfortable room. Private terras. Swimming pool. large area with explanations about all flora and fauna. Top hosts, very kind staff. Delicious breakfast and diner, homemade products. We will definitely come back.

O Local é bonito, limpo e bem cuidado.
O responsável pela cozinha, Sra Bia é incrível e super atenciosa, ela faz a diferença.
Os proprietários, são arrogantes e pouco educados, principalmente a mulhef.

La antipatía de la dueña estropea sin duda lo bonito del lugar. Destacaría también la simpatía del personal de cocina, el buen desayuno, pero una dueña a la que sin duda no le gusta recibir huéspedes ni atenderlos, o al menos eso es lo que parece.

Na een lange dag reizen kwamen wij aan in dit ‘ Hotel’. De laatste anderhalve kilometer is een ongeasfalteerde weg. Dat was nergens aangegeven. Gezien de hoge waardering verwachtten wij een comfortabele kamer en een goed diner. Helaas was het restaurant gesloten ( “ de kok heeft ook recht op een vrije dag…”) en geen mogelijkheid voor een snack. De kamer was koud (15 gr); verwarming defect; na aandringen bracht men een klein electrisch kacheltje dat na uren de temperaruur op 19 gr bracht. Moesten in donker over de bemodderde weg op zoek naar een restaurant. De eigenares was niet erg vriendelijk; moesten bij het ontbijt om koffie bedelen. Karig ontbijt. Er liepen ook twee vervaarlijke honden van de eigenaar los rond. Is een charmante locatie maar zeker geen ‘ hotel. Eerder een slecht geleide Bed&Breakfast. Vooral met zichzelf bezig….
