Adoramos o atendimento da Carolina e do Bruno, abriram um exceção na ementa do restaurante pois o nosso filho queria um hambúrguer e só por isso mereciam 5 estrelas. Mas em relação ao spa ficou um pouca aquém pois o jacuzzi estava sujo e com odor, a sauna tinha um cheiro nada agradável. O quarto super confortável. Já tínhamos visitado este hotel antes do COVID e tinhamos adorado, infelizmente não estava ao nível da 1 visita.

Literie bien. Le reste 1 étoile maxi Difficulté importante l’eau chaude est jaune. La piscine dégradée. Le spa impossible d’y aller car l’eau est jaunâtre (bouillon de culture) à fuir et petit déjeuner minimaliste, que du congelé et une prise de tête pour se servir du café

This hotel is quite isolated, which makes the stay very relaxing, the breakfast is good, they were always restocking products and the best part was undoubtedly the service, which was very welcoming. The hotel lacks some maintenance, however the stay was excellent.

Ideal for resting. Great staff: we had a problem with our reservation, as it was booked through another website, but the hotel still provided us with its best resources. Indoor pool, spa, balcony in the room and TV. Great Breakfast! Ideal para descansar. Staff ótimo: tivemos um problema com a nossa reserva, por ter sid reservada através de outro site, mas mesmo assim o hotel disponibilizou-nos os seus melhores recursos. Piscina interior, spa, varanda no quarto e tv. Excelente pequeno almoço!

A lovely modern hotel with a beautiful outlook ( one must ignore recent bushfires) with large rooms overlooking the pool. Breakfast was excellent and included seeds and nuts for cereal. We ate dinner in the restaurant ( pre arranged) and had an excellent meal

So I’ll put to the back of my thoughts all of the burned trees… this is not the hotels fault. August… No chef , restaurant not open in the evening in a **** Hotel . Not acceptable. Pool bar not open during the day again , somethings not quite right. Lack of attention to detail, broken pool tiles , decking broken in spa, dead plant in pots . Questions need asking !

Lovely hotel in the middle of the nature of southern Portugal. Beautiful views, fantastic swimming pool, great employees and excellent rooms. Wonderful to relax and leave everything behind. Unfortunately, the area was hit by a forest fire when we were there, but that will recover quickly.
