Worst experience we had in 4 months traveling. Firstly and most important for us - The Wi-Fi (for a fee) turned out to be a myth, there was not even a router or modem in the apartment, leaving us disconnected and frustrated (we are working remotly and had multiple meetings planned). We booked for 2 nights and left after 1, since they didn't find a solution for the internet. They also refused to refund us for the second night. 2.The room had a BAD smell. An extremely stuffy odor, that smelled like there was no ventilation for months. We had to open the window and balcony door in order to make it barable - but then we had the issue with the cold. It was very cold and rainy weather (9 degrees). We had to sleep with our coats on, because on top of it, the AC on the room was not working. 3.The BASIC hygienic amenities were non-existent -> no hand soap! Also, no dishwashing essentials, not even a water boiler or cutting board. 4.The staff was not helpful at all. The one staff member available agreed with us - but was not able to help and the manager refused to talk to us - despite multiple requests. I have never been so frustrated and disappointed from a place before. I am not usually reviewing stays, but this stay way beyond unpleasant. Would NOT recommend it to anyone. The place was clean though ...
