Para hotel de 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar. Ar condicionado ruidoso, pequeno-almoço abaixo de muitos hotéis de estrelas inferiores, com pouca escolha e muitos produtos instantâneos, desde sumos até usarem fruta enlatada para a salada, luz fundida na casa de banho, atendimento impessoal e sem interesse no cliente. Neste período tirando o spa, todos os outros serviços estavam encerrados, tendo valores demasiado elevados para as condições do hotel.

Hotel um bocadinho datado e a precisar de alguma renovação. Funcionários simpáticos e bom pequeno almoço. Ridiculo a piscina interior ser paga e ainda por cima com marcação. Inexplicável.

Much left to be desired
Booked at this hotel mainly for the spa facilities. The water in the indoor pool and the jacuzzi could be warmer. Parking can be tight. The road to get there is quite narrow.

Positivo: A simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários que nos cativaram; a qualidade das refeições, sobretudo o pequeno almoço; a facilidade de estacionamento; e o acesso à Internet. Negativo: A exigência de um pagamento extra para acesso ao circuito termal; a falta de um cofre nos quartos como sucede na maioria dos hotéis a partir de 3 estrelas; e a sensação de estarmos perante instalações um pouco ultrapassadas.

Não percebo as quatro estrelas, é um hotel de três estrelas e não é dos melhores. A piscina, sauna e massagens, são uma oferta completamente separada da experiência no hotel, pelo preço pedido acho que compensa mais ir às termas. Hotel muito abandonado, o bar sempre com luzes apagadas nada convidativo, o espaço de jogos parecia de um café da esquina é ridículo pedirem aluguer por um serviço tão mau, squash interdito pois chovia lá dentro, o minigolfe são duas pequenas pistas que se fazem em 5 minutos. Os quartos não são nada de especial, e apesar dos poucos hóspedes deram-nos um quarto com bolor no teto. O pequeno almoço é razoável para um hotel que praticamente estava vazio, os empregados são o único ponto positivo, super simpáticos e disponíveis. O ginásio é pequeno e tem demasiadas máquinas todas em cima umas das outras. A reserva on-line não permite o cancelamento. E para os mais distraídos atenção pois o quarto não dá direito ao acesso à piscina interior, têm que pagar mais. Péssima experiência a não repetir.
