The hotel is very good, super comfortable and has a variety of security at the door, something that is really important in the centre of São Paulo. I could just improve the air conditioning issue, but I don't care because the city's climate is super pleasant, but another thing is the bathroom, the rack had no cover that made it impossible to use.

GGuest UserIt's okay, it's cheaper in Sao Paulo. It's close to the city, but the environment is completely different from the city. There are a lot of homeless people in this place, dirty and messy, the only bad thing about living here is fear and it's not very safe. But as long as you don't go out at night, it doesn't matter, the hotel is still safe. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy, and people outside seem not to sleep for 24 hours.
Overall it is good, but the external environment is not good, the hotel is located in a slum.
