Good service, beautiful environment, delicious food (especially breakfast), clean and hygienic!

It’s my second time to stay here: comfort, clean, great location, and safe. I had quality comfort of sleep. Restaurant and bar are 5 stars. Although the gym is small and has limited equipment, the pool and sauna are great. I will look no further other than L’Hotel Portobay when I’m in Sao Paulo.

The building looks very ordinary. There are many accommodations near Paulista. Their price-performance ratio is very low. There is a very bad receptionist at the front desk. I booked a deluxe suite, but was given a room on the first floor, facing a row of air conditioner outdoor units, which is not even as good as the special offer room. I asked to change the room. He insisted that there was no room and asked me to talk to his manager at 8 pm. I booked two reservations, one for 2 days, a total of 4 days, and the second reservation could be refunded and changed for free, so I insisted on checking out and canceling the second reservation. As a result, he said that there was a room on the 7th floor that could be changed. It made people have a very bad experience.

I made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room. During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well. The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there. In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden! The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!

Excellent hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet. The staff speaks English. Always happy to help. There is a luggage storage room. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the top floor.

It was the first time we hosted at Hotel Qoya, and my friends and I have the habit of taking a day of the month and ”reposing” without the family. It was a very quiet moment of peace and comfort. Excellent bed clothes, location near everything we need. Felipe and Francisco were very good at us, and breakfast was also very tasty. We hope to be able to become frequent customers! Ah! and obviously, it was through the TRIP website that we managed to make the reservation. Although I didn't understand why my 3 cards were not approved (?), at the end of the accounts, everything happened well. It is a pity that our view was from a building that prevented us from leaving the gardens completely open, because we felt well exposed. And we only enjoy it.

The customer service of Mr. Nick at the hotel reception was great. Also, I definitely want to visit Sao Paulo 🌷 The location is also a safe area, and it was convenient to disturb acquaintances' houses and restaurants. The content of the breakfast buffet on the 28th floor was very substantial and the scenery was the best.

The hotel room has a large space, a good location, and has a separate building and parking lot. It can be seen that the construction is invested according to high standards. However, the time of operation is too long, the air conditioner is old, the heating cannot be made, the bathroom has no ventilation equipment, and the temperature is more uncomfortable when the temperature drops sharply.

Great hotel, super location! Bed was really comfortable, unfortunately the gym a bit dated.

My stay was ok. I was actually happy that I had to stay only 1 night cause I was disappointed on the level of the hotel compared to other InterContinental I stayed in other countries. I love bathtubs and the room had one I did not want to use. It was a let down for the price I paid which was not cheap so I was expecting more. The breakfast was great cause Brazilian cuisine is awesome! I also did not appreciate the condescending tone of the staff at the front desk. I would not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone.
