The location is good and the service is good. The most regrettable thing is that there was a large party in the hotel on the day I checked in. The hotel was bustling from the lobby to the elevator, which is understandable. However, the hotel's management of the elevator is speechless. I saw that among the three elevators running, only one elevator could go up and down normally, and the other two stopped on the second floor. I don't know the specific reason. I waited in the lobby for more than 20 minutes, and then took the freight elevator to get to the room.

My stay was great, I just had to make one observation about the shower with the water spread out a lot and the air conditioning that was turning on and off straight away and they couldn't fix it, besides everything was wonderful, the cleanliness of the room and especially the super attentive attendant Renato at the desk. reception service

This hotel is generally good. The breakfast is OK. There is a small supermarket and restaurant next to it where you can buy fruits. It's generally quiet, but the quilt is a bit thin.

It's okay, it's cheaper in Sao Paulo. It's close to the city, but the environment is completely different from the city. There are a lot of homeless people in this place, dirty and messy, the only bad thing about living here is fear and it's not very safe. But as long as you don't go out at night, it doesn't matter, the hotel is still safe. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy, and people outside seem not to sleep for 24 hours.
Overall it is good, but the external environment is not good, the hotel is located in a slum.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, surrounded by bars, drinking and eating places, many people and cars, relatively noisy, but convenient for eating, drinking at night, transportation is relatively convenient, the two male waiters at the front desk are very fluent in English and easy to communicate , The TV cannot receive the channel, it can be solved immediately, the service attitude is polite and friendly, and the luggage is very friendly when I leave. GGuest UserNão eh um hotel físico se trata de um edifício normal o qual acredito que a empresa aluga para fazer de acomodação , não tem serviço de quarto diário , os porteiros q meio que fazem o papel de recepcionistas. E por ser residencial é tudo muito orgânico , abrir porta fechar porta pelo porteiro . Mas pela localização e pelo tamanho da acomodação vale a pena sim .
