Negative points: The bathroom ceiling has several mold spots, which could be fixed with a simple coat of paint or even a good cleaning. The door frames are dirty, and the accumulation of dirt is very noticeable. The air conditioning is very old, and it is impossible to use it due to the noise.
Positive points: The room is very spacious, the bathtub is nice, the towels and sheets are clean, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious.
Mr. Paulo, the valet, is a charming person.
We will return and will definitely choose the same hotel because of the hospitality.

The hotel is well located being without a car I took the Republica metro and bus to visit. very well served in this large city. Breakfast is taken at the hotel opposite, variety for breakfast. The rooms are cleaned every day. Wifi in the room. I've enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff who do not speak Brazilian Portuguese we communicate with the translator. Great for me. THANKS

It's okay, it's cheaper in Sao Paulo. It's close to the city, but the environment is completely different from the city. There are a lot of homeless people in this place, dirty and messy, the only bad thing about living here is fear and it's not very safe. But as long as you don't go out at night, it doesn't matter, the hotel is still safe. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy, and people outside seem not to sleep for 24 hours.
Overall it is good, but the external environment is not good, the hotel is located in a slum.

Hotel well located, breakfast very good for a 3-star hotel, the rooms are a good size but the external noise seal is not very good, it is possible to hear conversations in the hallway, excellent shower but the bathroom does not seal the water from the shower , then the bathroom floods, the service at reception is poor, they need urgent training, anyway, my assessment is that it is a reasonable to good hotel (rating between 6 and 7), I thought the value for money was good because I got a promotion

It appears that there was a lack of communication between the hotel and Trip regarding the type of accommodation. The apartment is very small, with no closets and no air conditioning. Need to provide more information about the type of accommodation.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, surrounded by bars, drinking and eating places, many people and cars, relatively noisy, but convenient for eating, drinking at night, transportation is relatively convenient, the two male waiters at the front desk are very fluent in English and easy to communicate , The TV cannot receive the channel, it can be solved immediately, the service attitude is polite and friendly, and the luggage is very friendly when I leave.
