A nice and well-appointed hotel with very friendly and helpful service, comfortable rooms, and a quite good breakfast. The spa was nice and offered a solid massage at a reasonable price. The location is better for business than the more trendy eating and shopping areas but there are still a good range of restaurants nearby. The former Four Seasons, the design shares an aesthetic with what was the Four Seasons Shanghai Pudong. I would happily stay again.

Hotel fica em uma espécie de centro comercial, muito próximo do Morumbi Shopping. O único defeito é a fachada, que não protege contra a chuva. Limpo, confortável, e com funcionários atenciosos.

我在離開的前兩天使用了他們的洗衣服務，除了價格偏貴，還存在多收費的情況，我在當時就立馬拿着發票去找到前台協商退款，但是在前台人員證實多收之後以系統故障為由沒有當下就處理我的退款，返倒把我的發票收走，説會通過郵件給我發送新的發票，並且我可以在退房當天得到退款，但是到了退房當天前台人員繼續以系統故障為由告訴我我的退款將在三天內安排，但是實際上無論是新的發票還是退款我都沒有收到，給他們發送email也沒有得到任何回覆。

The room is very educated and very demanding, unfortunately, it smells like a strong mopho, closed, it doesn't smell, a hard bed and a small shower box, and looks like I'm so tight. In addition, air conditioning works well and the room is quiet.
