The hotel is very strict about check-in times. I found this attitude quite unusual for such a renowned hotel. I arrived at 8 am and the employee informed me that I could only check in if I paid half the price and that I would still have to wait 30 minutes for the room to be released. Then at 1 pm I was informed that I could only check in at 2 pm. I stayed for 3 nights and since I left the room at 11 am every day, the cleaning was simply not done, they only offered to refill the minibar. For the price and reputation of the place, it left a lot to be desired. The breakfast was varied, but not very tasty.

This stay at Gran Villa was great! The room was clean and elegant, and the facilities were complete and thoughtful. The food was rich and delicious, I really recommend it! There is an Italian food street next to it, which is very good.

The location is close to the station and it's good to go to the city center or the market. However, you need to be careful because the LUZ station around the hotel or the surrounding environment and security are unstable and dangerous.

The hotel was bustling from the lobby to the elevator, which is understandable. However, the hotel's management of the elevator is speechless. I saw that among the three elevators running, only one elevator could go up and down normally, and the other two stopped on the second floor. I don't know the specific reason. I waited in the lobby for more than 20 minutes, and then took the freight elevator to get to the room.

The hotel is very good, super comfortable and has a variety of security at the door, something that is really important in the centre of São Paulo. I could just improve the air conditioning issue, but I don't care because the city's climate is super pleasant, but another thing is the bathroom, the rack had no cover that made it impossible to use.

My stay was great, I just had to make one observation about the shower with the water spread out a lot and the air conditioning that was turning on and off straight away and they couldn't fix it, besides everything was wonderful, the cleanliness of the room and especially the super attentive attendant Renato at the desk. reception service

The room is so-so, but the barbecue restaurant opposite is absolutely delicious, it is really delicious.
