The hotel room is large and clean. The breakfast is also good, but the waiting time for the elevator in the morning is long. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is simple but has met our needs. The staff are sympathetic and requested.Unfortunately, the turn is surrounded by users that scare a little making security vulnerable.Super advice for who will install and rest as That was my case.
Nice designed hotel.
Small but cozy room with a refrigirator.
Close to Luz station.
We stayed 5 nights.
On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room.
Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room.
The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored.
It is not a nice area after dark.
Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.
Very Good

Communication was professional and polite but they were unwillingly to offer a refund or move the dates to a later time as I caught Covid. I get it’s my fault as the cancellation had just past but the slightest flexibility would have been nice and I informed them prior to check in date.

O local é ótimo, a vista do 32 andar é incrivel. Mas o prédio está em reforma na fachada e isso seria importante ser divulgado. A cama do apartamento é muito ruim. Somente se você adora camas muito duras. =(

The location is convenient to explore the historic centre of Sao Paulo. Not recommended to walk out at night as it gets pretty seedy in the area. Rooms are basic and tired. We were first given a standard room then were transferred to what I thought might be an upgrade, as we paid more for the room than listed. Turns out they put us in a handicapped room that more resembled a very sterile hospital room. It was bigger, but much less comfortable. You can hear plenty of noise from other rooms and the hallway. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of offerings.
It's okay, it's cheaper in Sao Paulo. It's close to the city, but the environment is completely different from the city. There are a lot of homeless people in this place, dirty and messy, the only bad thing about living here is fear and it's not very safe. But as long as you don't go out at night, it doesn't matter, the hotel is still safe. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy, and people outside seem not to sleep for 24 hours.
Overall it is good, but the external environment is not good, the hotel is located in a slum.

Great
GGuest UserThis is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in, none of them. There are security guards 24 hours downstairs, and the hotel is in the bustling city center. I will stay here next time I come to Brazil.
GGuest UserThe room is very spacious, but the equipment is old, the door face is relatively small, the elevator needs people to open the door by themselves, and there are three hair dryers in the whole building. But the waiter is very enthusiastic.
JJens484The hotel is super centrally located. There are restaurants on almost every corner, as well as supermarkets. The hotel staff were all super nice to us and to the other guests. Unfortunately, due to the construction, it was quite noisy and it was difficult to sleep. (See picture - there were gaps around the air conditioning where you could look outside) The air conditioning barely managed to cool the room :( The bathroom could do with being renovated and the Towels were super washed out and therefore thin. You could see that. The lobby and breakfast area was renovated, which already looked good!Maybe it will continue...
RRangziyouzhifengyongyuanchuifuThe hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, good sanitary conditions, warm front desk service, rich breakfast, shower 🚿 large water pressure, large room size, it is a recommended budget hotel for travel and business
MMarc SuéThe hotel is well located near the metro station, all staff are super nice and well-profile. The only point to be emphasised is that it does not have room service but it has several local restaurants in the region and also a small market in the same neighborhood.
GGuest UserThe hotel is old but well preserved. The service is exceptional! All staff are careful and professional! Breakfast is very well served. The location is good, but the SP center has a large number of street residents that scares those who pass there. But whoever leaves the hotel to travel to other places of Uber or taxi, is quiet, and I would, especially, stay in the same hotel.
