Location and excellent facilities! Metro, restaurants, parking, everything nearby!

It is convenient to walk close to Paulista Street. Overall I am satisfied. Sao Paulo is a big city, so it was a hotel I chose where the park was close and green. The people at the hotel were kind, the room was larger than I saw in the photo, and it was nice to have a kitchen and dining table. I don't use it, but the gym was large and fulfilling. The downside is that the water quality of the pool is not good and the taxi from the hotel to the airport introduced was twice the price of Uber taxi. Also, the hotel feels older than the photo.

Very slow communication

The hotel is extremely clean, organized, all the staff are super helpful, they always served us in a very respectful and polite manner. The breakfast is wonderful, I loved being able to eat eggs and bacon in the morning among other wonderful things. Extremely pleasant region, especially for its wide range of restaurants for those who like to eat good food, what can I say? Located in the Jardins region of São Paulo, the region is spectacular and the hotel provides an excellent service.

For the price you pay, you get a decent breakfast, a very spacious room, and a great location. It's easily accessible from the airport by metro, and very inexpensive. Some of the rooms are a bit worn, but they're very reasonable for the price.

The hotel was pleased, the price-quality ratio is excellent, for the money it costs - perfect, location is good, close to restaurants/shoppers and shops. To the Paulists far away, 20 minutes walk. There is no teapot in the room, but there is a microwave). In the room is clean, here you can see that it is followed.

The location is excellent, especially when the whole Av.Paulista was closed in Zhouyue, and the activities of the people were also mentioned. It was only two intersections after walking. It was an interesting activity. The breakfast in the hotel was also good and the room was large.

Great location for our stay in São Paulo, very close to the subway. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, however, the check-in method of having to re-type all the booking information manually made things quite slow on arrival, with only one person at the desk.

This time (I stayed at Fortune Residence several times) they provided me with a very old apartment where the cable TV didn't work. I did not request an exchange because the stay was only two days.
