This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in, none of them. There are security guards 24 hours downstairs, and the hotel is in the bustling city center. I will stay here next time I come to Brazil.
The hotel is in the center. Close to everywhere. The rooms are big enough. The breakfast is with limited choices. The day time it is ok but the night time it turns a scenery from the walking dead tv series. Must be very carefully.
Hotel in the center, the breakfast is great and the restaurant right in front is delicious. The room is spacious and very clean.

The hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a strong odor from the carpet. The bathroom had an old bathtub that you had to step into to use as a shower. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and offered everything one might need.
The room is OK and very large. There are many tourist attractions nearby. It is just a short walk from the Chinese neighborhood. I have not encountered any security risks, but there are many homeless people around. Pay attention to personal safety. Try not to expose valuables such as mobile phones in public places.
The hotel is super centrally located. There are restaurants on almost every corner, as well as supermarkets. The hotel staff were all super nice to us and to the other guests. Unfortunately, due to the construction, it was quite noisy and it was difficult to sleep. (See picture - there were gaps around the air conditioning where you could look outside) The air conditioning barely managed to cool the room :( The bathroom could do with being renovated and the Towels were super washed out and therefore thin. You could see that. The lobby and breakfast area was renovated, which already looked good!Maybe it will continue...
It's okay, it's cheaper in Sao Paulo. It's close to the city, but the environment is completely different from the city. There are a lot of homeless people in this place, dirty and messy, the only bad thing about living here is fear and it's not very safe. But as long as you don't go out at night, it doesn't matter, the hotel is still safe. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy, and people outside seem not to sleep for 24 hours.
Overall it is good, but the external environment is not good, the hotel is located in a slum.
Near the old town, very lively. There is a historic restaurant near the hotel, the environment is great, the food is delicious. The hotel facilities are complete, the key is to come to the room air conditioning and heating in winter! Stayed for more than 10 nights.
Very good St. Paul experience! The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the front desk service is thoughtful, the hotel is strategically located, very suitable for short-term travel business work, 10 minutes walk from the subway station, it is recommended

CCleverson LezainskiThe hotel is in an old building and the facilities were not renovated over time, but everything was working and the daily rate was consistent with the structure.
Only the bathroom stall, which I found very small. If you had any mobility issues, you certainly wouldn't be able to shower safely.
GGuest UserI liked the hotel very much. It's an old hotel, but it's all working properly. Because it's old, the difference is that there is no card in the door, but the traditional key to close the door. The lift is the door that you have to open. But nothing that has no longer been functional.
The service was very good.
And breakfast I loved! Coffee, milk, juices, yoghurt, cakes, bread, and many other options.
It has a pharmacy, a bakery next to the hotel, also has a 24-hour market where I used late night because I wanted water, beer and cookies (which is cheaper than from the fridge bar). And of course, remembering in safety, when I went out to the market night, I left my cell phone and yours in the room and went there, which is the recommendation due to the place, but yet it was still quiet.
LLINGLocation in the city center There is a subway around. It is very convenient to travel. The airport bus is just a 5-minute walk away. There are many dining places nearby. It is a pedestrian street. Shopping is very convenient. Every time you come to São Paulo, stay here.
GGuest UserThe room is relatively clean, the space is relatively large, the kitchen utensils are complete, you can cook by yourself, there is a restaurant and swimming pool on the third floor, but the construction of the nearby building is a bit noisy recently.
KKsu11apartments are quite stylish and pleasant ;) a comfortable mattress ! workers very polite and responsive ) floors were dirty, it's the only minus. well, and the location in the center, so you can meet a lot of boomers. But it's not the hotel's fault)) It is safe 😊
