Hotel is good in price and quality. Until the Paulists are ten minutes walking. Nearby is all the necessary infrastructure. The reservation staff communicate through WhatsApp. They are rude and very non-attentive. There is no one to talk to on the phone or face to face. The staff that are physically at the hotel are not allowed to assist us unless going through the WhatsApp staff. Very time consuming and very often they do not respond. I arrived and was given a dirty room and had bugs. They moved me but didn’t bother to bring the extra blanket Irequested or towel. Thanks to the staff that’s physically at the hotel or I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere with the staff on WhatsApp. It’s very sad because I like the place and location but this virtual crap is awful. And they have the nerve to charge a cleaning fee but give me a dirty room.
